I am so overwhelmed with the care and love given by the staff here to the individual residents at Twin Oaks in Danvers MA that I have to write this review and tell all of you who read this!! And even more must I tell you all that all of this would not be possible without the grace of God who sent his son Jesus to die for all your sins on the cross

Some of the workers there work very well, but the conditions of the place is not great at all.... Very low on equipment & just seem to be scrambled institution wise with organization and needing of help

My first time there today visiting a friend who was admitted there 2 days ago he seemed content and comfortable has a wonderful roommate, the staff seemed quite pleasant and attentive, the facility was very clean, overall great experience for the 1st visit

When my father passed away earlier this year, it was clear that my mother needed to be placed in long term care due to her health issues. My family and I were very hesitant to leave my mother in a nursing home but we knew that it would be the best place for her. I had visited a few nursing homes in the area before settling with Twin Oaks. I immediately had a positive feeling about the facility mainly because of the staff. The director of admissions, Kathy Menesale, was very welcoming and helped me to feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process. She introduced me to the staff that would be working with my mom and I couldn't be happier with how well she is cared for. It only took a couple of days weeks for my mom to get adjusted to her new surroundings. I'm so relieved and so happy that my mom is in such a loving and caring environment.

Twin Oaks Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is an incredible facility for residents to call home and the staff to provide compassionate care to residents. The staff is attentive and always takes pride in what they do here. At Twin Oaks, the staff treats residents like their own loved ones. Amazing corporate support. It is also an incredible place to work. The team is incredible. It is as if we were in our own family. I am very happy to work at Twin Oaks Center.
