This is an amazing facility full of caring and helpful staff. The residents are very well looked after. I've had the pleasure of being hired a number of times to draw caricatures for events by the fantastic activities director Cindy. She cares about the residents, so she brings me in to spread happiness and laughter with my drawings. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Amazing. The staff is incredible. My father is in great hands however I know it's going to be coming home within the next week or two but he's been there at least 2 or 3 weeks and the staff has a lot more headaches than my father from what I see there but they are so strong-willed keeping their heads on right. Great job even front door staff security the way the place is just very well-managed from the time you walk in or try to. Great job I know my father is secure. What then Rehabilitation I wish I had two more thumbs to give you four thumbs up LOL

My dad is staying here. Most of the nurses are amazing. They really care about the residents. Sidney, the OT, is absolutely incredible. It’s very clean. Some places I visit have a terrible smell as soon as you walk in. I have come nearly every day since my dad was placed here in April and they have alway been clean and welcoming. Parking can be rough. I can often find a spot but there are times that I haven’t. Fortunately they have a partnership with the Haymarket Public Market parking garage where you get 3 hours for $3 with validation. No place will be perfect, but North End has some great employees and that makes a huge difference.

Nursing home for the disabled and very old. Staffed by lots of professional healthcare persons. Food services looked good. Free parking lot, but not much room for visitors. In the middle of the Boston North End tourist area, with no public parking, and few handicapped parking spaces.

Pros: Staffed sufficiently. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Attentive to my mother. Other than parking no trouble visiting. Single rooms with a window. Private toliet. Plenty of places within walking distance if you need to take a break during your visit. 1 Con: Parking... horrible. It is downtown Boston. So if you can, Uber in an out.

Beautifully clean establishment!! Everybody was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The nursing staff were friendly, efficient and dedicated to the patient and family. Parking is small but run very well! Overall I was highly impressed by the environment they provide for patients. Not only was this place clean but it smelled clean too! I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center .

After a hospital stay from falling and breaking a hip, my dad was placed here for rehabilitation. He is now there for long term care and says I really like this place! He even enjoys the food, which looks and smells good! The nurses and aides are all very friendly and helpful. The community areas, as well as the rooms, are clean. I feel comfortable leaving my dad there as I know he is being well taken care of.
