My parents moved from their home in Florida to Massachusetts in September 2022. Their transition from independence to assisted living has been challenging; after an unsuccessful experience at a memory care facility closer to my home, Compass on the Bay welcomed them and with their knowledge and expertise they have given them (and me) the support they need to adjust and to thrive. It is truly a community--ALL staff work together to make the facility a clean, warm, welcoming home for residents—taking time to chat and responding to them with kindness, understanding and patience. If you are looking for a place for someone you love to be cared for well, Compass on The Bay should be on your list!

My mother has dementia and recently moved to Boston from NH. We visited a number of residences and she had an immediate connection with Compass on the Bay. It is a very pleasant and homey environment, and the entire team is caring and top notch. I can't say enough about the exceptional care she is receiving.

My mother is a dementia resident and my family is extremely pleased with everything that Compass offers. During this pandemic, Compass stood strong for their residents and staff and did an exceptional job. The one most important point for me is that I know my Mom is safe. My entire family, I am one of four children, would highly recommend this facility. And a bonus is the management team who is exceptional. The resident is the top priority! Thank you Compass for loving our Mom!

My Mom lived there for 4 years. The staff was wonderful making their residents feel like it was their home! Took such wonderful care of her! The activities each and everyday were wonderful! Arts and crafts, painting, baking, singing, exercise, visits to the Boston Museums, Castle Island. The fact that the people working there were the same when she first came. To me that says so much about a place. If the help is treated well the residents are too! Highly would recommend Compass on the Bay!

The Compass Team provides solid care with great attention to the clients and their needs as chanigng adults. The Compass Team maintains compliance with industry standards and regulations, and works hard to have a well-trained staff. I highly recommend this facility.
