My family and I wish to express our sincere appreciation to Lisa and all the second floor staff who took such good care of our parents while they were in memory care at Brightview Arlington. We would be remiss not to also thank Luidja, the former head nurse, who was integral to their care plan and to activities aide, Michelle, who kept our family in touch through the pandemic years.

It was our first time attending the breakfast for the VETERANS and we absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, the people were wonderful to be around with and the staff Kristen, Maria and Susan were all so friendly and meeting the Arlington police was a surprise and couldn’t believe how friendly they were. We’re looking forward to coming back in September - thank you so much for a wonderful morning and thank you for the Veteran mug.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Brightview Arlington! My Dad has been here for almost 3 years, and I have always been impressed with the staff, quality of care, positive attitude, and attention to detail. Their response during the pandemic was and still is outstanding. I felt my dad was absolutely in the safest place possible. What I appreciate above all else is the staff really cares so much about each and everyone of the residents and their families. 5 Stars isnt enough!

Brightview Arlington Wellspring Village (memory care) provided a wonderful, safe, and loving home for my mom, who lived there from July 2014 until her death in April 2021. She was happy and well-cared for by the wonderful and competent staff, which improved over the years. Under the leadership of the marvelous and amazing Director Lisa Sabatino, everything really came together and worked out for the best for my mom. The boundless energy and patience of Paula and Michelle was remarkable. The many kind, dedicated and hardworking aides have my utmost respect and gratitude. What they do is admirable and so appreciated! My mom was treated with dignity and kindness by everyone, right up until the end. It was touching and beautiful. I live in California and struggled with being so far away—but I knew she was happy and in good hands. When I visited, I always enjoyed hanging around and being part of the daily routine, activities and meals. We would attend musical and other events downstairs, and there was always a vibrant feeling and a good vibe in the air. Everyone seemed happy to be there. It was comfortable. I really appreciated the weekly FaceTime calls once COVID-19 started. Seeing my mother virtually kept me going until I could go see her in person again, which I was able to do when she started to decline. She passed away peacefully and surrounded by people who loved her. I am so grateful for that. It was a privilege to know everyone there and be part of things for the past 7 years. I will miss it!

In 2014 we moved my mom into Brightview Arlington and she is now living in Wellspring (Memory Care community). We appreciate all of the Brightview Staff and the level of care she has received throughout the years. Lisa Sabatino (Director of Wellspring), especially, has been our guiding light throughout our mothers journey with Alzheimers. Her professionalism, communication, and compassion for all the residents is really something special. We are very grateful for both Lisa and BV!!

My mother has been a resident of Brightview Arlington for a few years now and I cannot say enough about how helpful caring and thoughtful the staff are! My mother has been a resident of Brightview Arlington on the Wellspring level. Lisa Sabatino has been instrumental in helping me and my family navigate a painful time as my mother progresses in Alzheimers. Her caring, thoughtful and above and beyond approach has been incredible. She remembers details, checks in and updates us on all the changes and important details and does so with care and compassion. She is truly an asset to Brightview!

We moved our grandmother up to Boston in 2018. She lived in the assisted living portion of the senior center up until her dementia progressed and had to be transferred into the Memory Care Unit (Wellspring Village). The Brightview staff, most notably Lisa Sabatino, the director of Wellspring Village, was a delight to work with. She is highly responsive, and genuinely cares for the residents and their family members. Even through the decline of our grandmothers health, the BVSL staff have been supportive and engaged with us through the hospice-palliative care process - checking in with the family and making sure things were going smoothly.

We had a great visit with [name removed] who was very pleasant and gave us a complete tour of Brightview Arlington. It is a lovely place and very clean which is an important issue for our sister-in-law. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law is younger than most at the facility and we do not feel it would be a good fit for her at Brightview.

Its discouraging to read about employees being treated without proper respect. The place looks good, but pricing is a bit high given the location, and lack of simple walking closeness to Massachusetts Ave.

Its a decent place but with numerous places like these, retaining good help is difficult. But for profit means penny-pinching. To the owner, please dont respond with blah, blah, blah unless you have a true solution

It is a Vibrant community that provides numerous activities & events for their residents which allows them a better quality of life in their twilight years. They all deserve it, but not for everyone ... as their rent is really very high! Not everyone can afford this wonderful quality of life!

My brother is fine living at this community. The staff are providing care that he is suppose to get. He likes all the activities and goes places too. He is enjoying the outings. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They offer activities for the residents who are wanting to join the other residents, We would recommend this community for the care and good value to other families.

We toured this community for my mom's care. The staff were nice and were able to answer the questions we had for the care that would be offered. The community was nice and the meals were appealing in the menu. They offered good activities. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.
