My best friend of over half a century is suffering from Parkinson’s Disease among several other severe physical maladies including partial blindness, and scoliosis. He has few family members willing to assist him, save a couple of cousins that help as they can, so I’m it. I agreed to help him remain in his home. However, almost any physical activity, even as simple as dressing himself, is a very difficult and arduous process. Most would say ‘nursing home’ without hesitation. But, with a very sharp mind and unstoppable intellect, he is NOT a candidate for institutional long term care! So what to do? I called Comfort Keepers Home Care. Ms DeeAnn with Comfort Keepers did an assessment of my friend’s circumstance, and recommended that he is a candidate for in-home long term care. I was thrilled with this information. DeeAnn and the professionals at Comfort Keepers have made it possible for my buddy to stay in his home. They came in a cleaned and arranged his home to best suit his special needs, which are many as a walker bound, partially blind and severely disabled person. Without a doubt, my friend would be in a nursing home today if it weren’t for the assistance provided by Comfort Keepers Home Care! Thank you all!

My experience with Comfort Keepers has been amazing not only for myself but also for my father. DeAnn and her team has taken good care of him and they are always available no matter what. I was slightly nervous in the beginning of the process but DeAnn took time out to answer all questions, provide information and I never felt rushed. Been with Comfort Keepers for almost a year. Administrative staff has been great, easy to work with and accommodating. They take care of problems quickly. Have had some caregivers that didnt work out and several that were great. When we had a problem with a caregiver, the staff assisted with getting them replaced. Overall our experience with Comfort Keepers has been very good.
