Really wanted to give 2.5 stars - apartments have mice and roaches! While the maintenance people are attentive to requests and needs, the cleaning crew is horrible. The cleaning crew is suppose to clean- mop- each floor daily. I it took them 4 days to pick up a chicken bone - only after I called, took 5 days before they picked up a plastic cigarette tip, the list goes on and on

It seems that management needs better management. Financiers more concerned with property than tenants.

I live here in this apartment. I love it. The staff is to die for. The tenants vary in age and temperament. I am comfortable and I feel safe at all times with 24-hour security and good lighting with cameras throughout the campus.
