To Whom it may concern My Name is Serelda Lambert I stay at Peace Lake Apartment . I am writing this letter because I am in fear of my life Due to the activities that are going on in this Building all the drug activities and all the fights and shootings that are going on. People Over dosing on several occasions I have spoken to the property manager [name removed] and she always lie to us about what’s going on in the building I will get to my problem with her in a moment . There are people who do not live here causing all types of problems there are prostitutes sleeping and hanging in the hall ways there pimps and drug dealers coming in her serving and setting up shop in here . there are a lot of dangerous thing going on in this building most of the time things are going on [name removed] do not come she may send Tim or Tony to come and Investigate and report back to her about all these situations. [name removed] is in her selling cigarettes , and T.V’s, and getting Drugs in the place of allowing criminals to come in and do what they do if it was not for Tim/ and Tony this place will go down in flames Most of our AC Units do not work we have mold in most of all Apartments . A lot of these apartments flood when it rains. [name removed] is in here taking cash for rent claiming she will get there money orders for them and don’t pay there rent then send them a notice saying they haven’t paid there rent. She in here fighting residents and there family members. She is allowing others to take over other peoples homes and charge them rent . she is very unprofessional when talking to you she walks in your unit saying she can do whatever she want she run this building . she have walked in on a few people while they were home and I know for a fact I was Undressed when she brought someone in to as she say check the sprinkler system then I later found out it was not for that it was for something else . I don not feel safe here with this management we would like for something to be done before we take further actions a few residents said there going to Lawyers and The news because changes need to be made we should not be in fear of our lives were we should feel the safest. She said we get a Utility check but has not received one since I have been here and if it is going towards something we should know. Every time you ask her a question she always say she don’t have time she got to finish her paperwork. She never get back to you. I do not feel like she is a peoples person cussing at the residents calling them [language removed] and [language removed]. That is no way to act towards anyone We would really like if someone could set up a meeting with the Tenants so we can Air out our problems face to face to let everyone say all the problems they are having and to come up with a solution to make this place better for all. [name removed] is a dishonest person and she takes things too far when you ask her anything . [name removed] tells the Tenants that they can not use the designated areas that were designed for the Tenants. Tell tenants they can not sit downstairs. ( that’s not why its there ) She said its just there for decorations. Tell tenants they can not sit in the Yard and listen to music and BBQ in the court yard . she tries to charge them . Tell Tenants they can’t sit in there cars. She keep getting Tenants cars Towed not bothering to ask or send out Notices asking who there for. The Maintenance technician Tim is always trying to help and she tells him and Tony not to help them because that’s not there job. I think she is jealous of the relationship because the tenant and the maintenance technician Tim and Tony the house keeper all get along for the most part with a few exceptions but for the most part the Tenants and those two have a great relationship. I love this place. The office staff is very nice and polite. Ms. Ruth is nice and helpful. I came in, I moved from out of town and the staff really assist with my paperwork showing me the unit, everything is newly renovated, I have a total new apartment. I am satisfied and thankful..

I really like my apartment I have been waiting a long time but Miss Ruthie came through for me. Everything is very nice they have a game Room,TV room they have a place where you can get your hair done. The patio is beautiful they have a balcony everything is really nice I really do like it.God has blessed me. Miss Ruthie is very nice and she has a very pleasant attitude. I thank God for her she is the property manager.

The property manager Ms Ruthie is very helpful she is kind and down to earth. She also helps with other. resources if she can may God keep her around because we need more people like her around and in our corner. It's a blessing to have a meet someone like her thank you so much Ms. Ruthie.
