The personalized attention that the staff gives to my loved one is greatly appreciated. She enjoys the communal atmosphere and I am very happy that the facility is a safe environment. I am deeply appreciative that she receives the care she deserves. Also, the staff knows her personality which I think helps with her being comfortable and helps with caregiving.

Wonderful staff took care of my mother after she had spinal surgery. Her room was shared, but had a more comfortable bed than the hospital and each room has two TVs. My mom was also able to start her rehab the day after check in and she loved the food..

The staff seems to be pretty attentive to the patients. Facility looks clean. As far as the food. I'm not sure why they serve cold food to the patents. Pathetic!!!

My Mother Rose was a patient of the facility from 6/10/24- 6/29/24. She received excellent care from all the people who work there. She wishes everyone well and kisses!!! I have the highest respect for all who tended to her care. Thank all of you for caring for my Mother. Thanks, Kathy

Small percent of the workers shove the food to the patients ,like they are wild animals. God sees it but for now they need to show compassion. THEY WILL GET OLD ALSO

Our sincere gratitude and thanks to Colonial Living for the amazing physical therapy that allowed my mother to walk and return home again. The staff from therapy, household cleaning, patient care services, and even the kitchen cooks were all great at the jobs through the effort, care There efforts to help others were always obvious. The nursing home rooms were always being cleaned and smell good every time I went.The staff works hard nonstop here. My mom Ms Jane made friends here and by the end shared tears with nurses when she left because she could never say thank you enough for all they did to help her heal. Thank you Colonial for everything you did.

Colonial oaks is the best facility there is, this is the second time we have used this facility for my uncle he wanted to come back here he loves it.

My dad was a resident for a month before he passed and our family was very happy with the kindness and compassion shown by everyone from admissions to care. The facility was well maintained and clean and even residents were friendly and pleasant. We would recommend it to everyone. There are many we would like to thank. Here are a few: Brandy (admission coordinator), Pam (behind front desk), Colleen & Paula (financial), DeDe (social services), Kiesha (nurse), Ms Pete (nurse), Quiana (wound care nurse). I've worked here for 4 months. This is the best home I've seen for a family member. My brother was in several before he passed away and they were all horrible. When you walk in the door you can feel the warmth here. It's always smells so clean. The staff is very kind and considerate to the residence. They also work together very well as a team to assure quality care for everyone. The administrator goes out of her way to make sure this place feels like a home for the residence. Wish I had this place for my brother.

The care was phenomenal ! My special needs sister was there for skilled rehab. She was unable to walk, or feed herself and more. The staff treated her as if she was their own family. This made it easy for us to sleep at night knowing she was being well taken care of. Thank you to all of nursing, CNA's, Therapy, Social Service,housekeeping , dietary and laundry staff for your kindness. Everyone came to know her and as did the residents on the unit . She was always included. She has since discharged home able to feed herself and walk with a walker while receiving more therapy at home. To anyone who has complaints ,if you don't report it to the right person it never gets resolved. I highly recommend Colonial Oaks.
