I would like to sincerely thank Crystal Horner for the kindness, professionalism, and support she showed my family over the years. My mother lived out of state, and although we made several attempts to move her into Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place, family circumstances prevented it from happening. Through every step, Crystal was always there for us—patient, caring, and ready to help. Even when my mother's cognitive decline ultimately made Trustwell no longer the right fit, Crystal continued to guide us and help us find the resources we needed. Her compassion and genuine concern for my mother meant more to our family than words can express. We are truly grateful for her unwavering support during a difficult and emotional journey.

The community is very clean and well up-kept. The staff is nice and they communicate well. There are two things i wish the community can improve on. One is the activities, they need more activities there is a lot of bingo and really not much besides this. The quality and taste of the food is also not good i have spoken with the director before and he is addressing the issue it is good that they will listen to the families concerns. Overall if these things get fixed i would highly recommend Terrebonne Place.
