I recently toured and moved my mom to memory care at The Claiborne at Shoe Creek. I found the staff and everyone there very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful during this very stressful time. Jill Greig and Nurse Tammy helped me very much with making my decision to move my mom. The facility is very clean and very beautiful. The decor and the grounds are very homey and comfortable. Recommend highly.

This place is amazing. Just got a tour from Ms. Brandi and I have to say she is very professional and knowledgeable about the facility. I was shocked when she showed me all of the different amenities they had there. The whole staff is great and caring people and the effort they put into taking care of the facility and the residents is impeccable.

We were very impressed with The Claiborne and they were beyond our expectations. They answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of the facility. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. All of the residents we met were a joy to meet and told us all about their experiences there.

Just toured this facility! This place is absolutely stunning. So clean and well decorated! Under new management and they have a winning team. Tammy, the Wellness Director, ensures service plans are up to date and care is top notch! Tammy truly cares for all her residents and it shows! The Executive Director, Keith, continually checks in with his residents too. This place and their delivery of care is impressive!!

Best Decision! At our first visit my mom said she felt that she was home. Now that she is living there, the feeling continues. Everyone at The Claiborne is nice, friendly, and welcoming - Directors, medical personnel, support staff, and other residents. So well organized. Her needs are being met and she is happy and safe!

I would describe The Claiborne at Shoe Creek as lively. Every time I walk in the doors there is an excitement in the atmosphere. From chatter among neighbors, to music, to activities there seems to be something for everyone. The staff is always welcoming and ready to assist. It is a little piece of home sweet home in a growing city with good roots.

I visited this place for a potential forever home for my dad. I was greeted by a staff worker named Erika Robinson. (Hope i spelled her name right). She made our whole visit. Very sweet and answered all our questions and concerns. She treats the people as if they were her family. I know my dad will be ok. I will be in contact soon. Thanks for making this easier on us.

My late brother was only at The Claiborne for a week before he passed, but he was very happy with his living arrangements and how pleasant and easy to work with the staff was. My SIL is there and she appears to be well taken care of. I love all the activities for the residents. I can't imagine a better place for anyone who can no longer live on their own for whatever the reason.

My husband and I were the first residents that found our forever home at the Claiborne at Shoe Creek. We are still very independent except for a couple of physical problems. We wanted to make a move before we were not physically able to do so. This was tbe best decision we have ever made. The staff here are wonderful. We attend all of the activities offered unless we are at an appointment. We have a wonderful Chef, activity director, housekeeper, nursing staff and our new Claiborne Director has made some very nice changes and is aware of all resident needs. We love our community and are truly happy and content with our new home. If we have a need we only have to ask. If any of you out there are on the fence about making a move to an assisted living facility please come take a tour. You will be glad you did. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. Wonderful staff, brand new facility, and a "feels-like-home" environment. It is a difficult decision to move a loved one out of their home and into a care facility. We made this decision nervously as it became apparent my grandmother needed professional care. After researching area facilities, we happened upon a new and beautiful place right here in Central! Once my mother and aunt began the process of getting my grandmother's details lined out and then us actually moving her into The Claiborne, all our previous nervousness vanished. Every expectation was met and then some. The staff has been overly helpful and accommodating. There are so many activities and entertainment options for the residents, which is especially nice for folks like my grandmother who are always on the move! Food service looks wonderful with different options every night prepared by the chef. Visitation has been easy and safe for all residents as guidelines for COVID-19 have been anything but constant over the last year. The staff has adapted and kept family accessible to the best of their abilities. I would strongly recommend The Claiborne for anyone looking for a member of their family.

We are very impressed with The Claiborne and their staff. Everyone is polite and helpful and most importantly my in laws love their new home. They are actually independent but decided to move in before they 'had' to make the move. The activities director gives them lots of fun things to do and they love the food!
