As a former resident of Coverdale, I can attest to the exceptional quality of my experience, largely attributed to the diligent maintenance efforts of Mr. Wells. The grounds were consistently maintained in pristine condition, and I observed Mr. Wells diligently working on various tasks, including relocating the water heater and addressing the air conditioning unit. He was also actively engaged in completing work orders, even while temporarily relocating to another apartment.

I recently visited Cloverdale Plaza Apartments. I must say I was extremely blown away by how clean & well kept it is. I witnessed maintenance actively breaking down a stove for parts. I even saw the office staff placing green stickers on vehicles. I stopped them and asked a few questions about the area and the apartments. Both ladies were extremely nice and answered all my questions. I asked if I could take some pics so I could leave a review. To whom every is looking for a quiet & clean place to live this is the place to be. My grandmother said she loves the staff & her neighbors. Thank you all for taking great care of her!

Boy where do I start! Cloverdale Plaza has really improved. It shocks me how much the property has changed. It has became so much cleaner, safer, and better managed than ever. But boy Wannel does a damn good job she’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the community. It’s clear she’s made safety and upkeep a priority. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I have lived here nearly 20 years, these are the best Managers since Misty Jordan. Wannel and Ms. Eva are so attentive and informative concerning all Resident questions and concerns. I have been through the ups and downs with Cloverdale, but I will say that we are definitely on the up and up now. Management has been working really hard to make many upgrades and changes to the property. Ms. Wannel and Ms. Eva are extremely nice and understanding. Our plaza has never been so clean and safe!

I previously lived here for approximately 13 years. Moved out to be in a house, now I'm ready for an apt again. I had no problem getting things fixed, though I didn't have many. It was quiet, I heard kids playing outside, that's about it. No loud music or disturbances. I'm currently waiting for an opening to move back in. As long as a person stays out of trouble, pays rent on time, keeps appliances and the apt clean there is no problem.

My name is Ariel Lee i am currently waiting to move here from a one start place i live in. This is the place to go if you want to better your situation. A friend of mine moved here and her apartment is beautiful. She has so much space and a washer and dryer. A smoke free place and a nice park for the kids. Great for single mamas to get on your feet. I can't wait to be a resident at cloverdale.
