The Assisted living side is quiet and peaceful. I love the studio and the one bedroom options. I’d place my own mom here to stay. It is a safe place. We have an amazing PCA who cares about our residents and goes above and beyond to care for the residents and to provide the utmost care.

Sadly the quality of the care left with the Director of Nursing. It’s been less than a week and you can feel a shift in the compassion of the staff. It is truly sad. Many staff members are leaving to follow the director they loved. I’m afraid that this will result in a decline in the quality of care the residents receive. It is very sad.

The atmosphere at Pines Retirement center is inviting and comforting, exactly what we were looking for. The exceptional care provided by the staff has been nothing short of extraordinary. Their dedication and support from day one have made a significant difference helped to ease my mind on if our loved one is receiving the care she needs. They truly go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels valued and cared for. Choosing Pines Retirement center was the best decision we made. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the care and support our grandmother receives here.

Since new management started there have been numerous positive changes. Everyone is clean and content. There is a homelike feel here now. The bad smells are gone There are activities everyday and the staff is always helpful. I love being here.

The idea of placing my mother in a retirement home was one of the worst realities i had to accept. However, no other staff nor facility could have made me feel more confident and secure about the care and safety my mother would be given. The faculty has the most warming and patient personalities every time i visit. My mother goes on and on about her nurses and the director of nursing and how great they are and them making her time their enjoyable and a place she genuinely likes to be at. One of the best decisions i've made for my family!

The spacious assisted living apartments, new courtyard and amazing family environment make this one of my favorite spots. Having every service you need in one spot is the best! Assisted living, nursing services, physician rounding and rehab gym.... With a great team of caregivers!

The staff seemed very watchful and courteous. I spoke with the director of nursing and she was very inviting and able to answer all the questions I had. The place was very clean. The residents all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I had the privilege of visiting my mother at work. She's the Director of Nursing at Pines Retirement Center. All the staff was so nice and welcoming to every person that entered the facility greeting them as they entered to visit their family. The employees were smiling and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. It did not have any bad odors and the visitors restroom was very clean. You are doing an awesome job mom ! Staff is amazing and truly cares about the residents. Food and activities are good! They have everything you would need in an assisted living except a memory care unit. They will work with you on placement and pricing, there is no community fee and they will even match prices. Go for a tour and see how BIG the rooms are!

Awesome staff! Its not the most upscale place, but you cant find better, more caring people to care for your loved one. The residents are happy and engaged.

When my husband had a ministry to the nursing home part of this center about 10 years ago, I used to hate going there because of the smell that would hit you when you first walked in. Now, under new management and with new renovations, its like a totally different place. I think my mother-in-law will be very happy here.
