I've been around many different retirement communities and this is by far the best community I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. The staff are the most caring and involved team in the business, and the residents are kind, loving, and active. The administration cares about the residents' wants and needs, involving them by seeking their input on decisions. They truly create an environment where the residents are able to live life well, and thrive as a community.

Caring Companions at St. James Place has been a lifesaver for us during the pandemic. Knowing Dad's companion, William, was there to help brought us peace of mind throughout the uncertainty of this past year. William was always attentive, polite, conscientious and hardworking. I just want to recognize the outstanding staff at Caring Companions. The management team of Becky, Sharon and Renee have been extremely patient, professional and accommodating in making sure my mother's needs are met. We have been residents of St. James Place for over a year and not a day goes by that we aren't happy that we made the decision to live here. Among the many reasons for this is the fact that it is such a friendly, caring place. This is true of the staff as well as the residents.

Moving from Biloxi was traumatic even though I have a son and his family here in the area. I knew no one here at St. James. It took only a few days before I realized this community is truly made up of family. I had a new family. Even those who work here for us are part of the family too.
