My Uncle is doing well here. I was scared and didn't want to put him in a nursing home especially because me and my mama do so well at taking care of all of our elders including bathing and feeding them with upmost care. Yet somehow there were things out of our control and I had to allow someone else to help us, this is why we chose Heritage Manor because they treat him with care and respect. He loves having a roommate even if he doesn't show it much, he tells us all the time about how kind the staff are there. Thank you!

I was pleased with the way people talked to my mom very nice the lady even asked her if she wanted to change before leaving and asked her if she needed anything I also saw another lady walking up and down the hall with a lady giving her exercise everytime I have come there I have seen the workers laughing an interacting with the patient's I feel my mom is being taken care of

It was my first time visiting the facility. The staff was very nice & treated the patients with respect ,was very patient with them, & they seemed like they were all one big family!!! The facility was very clean. I really enjoyed visiting with my friend who is a patient there. I can't wait to revisit.!! Warm Regards, Lavannah

Nice and clean. Don't even smell like a nursing home. They take good care of the patients. The Bonus for me is that I have never seen my Auntie so happy. It's like she found heaven on earth.

So far she seems to be treated well, there are a couple of things I would like to add. #1 - I brought her a throw pillow last time I was there and that along with a planter I made her and a small glass vase is all nowhere to be found. I don't know where all her clothes went either. The only thing in her closet was a gown and one shirt and one pair of pants. I don't know where they went but I would surely like to have them back. Also, her hairbrush was on her roommates table. I also asked a nurse last time to get her a side table to put her pictures on and such, but still don't see one. I thought they got her a table so I brought her some pictures to put on it and what do you know, still know table. I would appreciate it if you will get her a table ASAP. If not there when I come back I will address it with the administrator and i want her things back.

My mother is moving for respite care. We were met by Melody who showed us around and showed mom the type of room she will be in. Mother was very accepting ( which is not always in her nature, haha). Then a melody promised she would check on mom personally every day and even try to get her to participate in activities at the home. After that she had paperwork for us to fill out, explained each sheet individually and also showed up a video of the facility and its amenities. Melody the introduced us to Courtney who sat with me and explained all the financial aspects of mother staying there. She also, showed and explained each and every sheet in the packet. I was extremely pleased, my mom was very happy and my husband was also very impressed with Heritage. Actually his mother used to live at Landmark right next door and they would stroll around Heritage when weather was nice so, he knew how well kept and nice Heritage is. Having to put my 94 year old mother in respite care was a hard decision to make but, Melody and Courtney made it so very comfortable and easy to do. They are definitely a huge ASSET to Heritage House/Man

Our church TOD comes to the Heritage Manor on the second Saturday of the month. I enjoy visiting with the patients and and Sind and praying for them, they are such a blessing.

Today I had an amazing visit with my grandmother at Heritage Manor. Upon entering the facility it smelled clean and her room was neat and in order. The staff I had the privilege of meeting were friendly and nice as well!
