I've worked at this facility for some time now and I have to say this is the best place I have ever worked at. My grandmother was neglected at a nursing facility in 2019 and I truly refused to ever step foot in a nursing home again. I walked into Naomi heights and saw all the smiling faces, and it truly changed my thinking. The staff is amazing here and the residents are like family. I couldn't ask for a better workplace. The administrator works day after day making sure all residents needs are taken care of, the DON works tirelessly with assisting everyone and their needs, and the entire rest of the staff does their absolute best to help in any way possible. Unlike most Facilities, Naomi Heights has shower aides that give showers every single day making sure our residents are clean and happy. The residents are able to have fun with the activities that both the activity director, and Mrs. Wall create. The transportation aides are amazing and always make sure to get to the doctor's appointments on time. Overall, this is an amazing facility. Take my advice, this is the type of place you would want your family to be in when they need the proper care!

I have a relative that has been a resident at Naomi Heights for 2 years and I am very pleased with the way she has been taken care of by the staff. My relative is turned and changed every two hours as scheduled. Also, she is on a special diet that has been delivered consistantly without fail. Furthermore, the CNA's and nurses are there within minutes of calling for them. Lastly, the Administrator has an open door policy and is available at any time I need to speak with her. If you are looking for a home for your loved one, do not hesitate to call Naomi Heights!
