We have been so happy with the care my Dad has received at Dominion. The facility is beautiful, and the staff matches that beauty! When I come in they all know who I am and are up to date on my Dad. He loves the activities there and has been engaged in so many of them. The food is always delicious, and if he doesn't care for something offered there are always alternatives for him. I have really appreciated knowing my Dad was safe and cared for while I am working and busy with my kids. I would recomend the facility to anyone who is looking!!

A very good experience. We moved my dad from a Lexington area facility to the memory care unit at Dominion. Very easy transfer handled by the director. My dad was welcomed and his preferences were honored right away. The staff was kind and gave very personal care. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs! My dad was more at ease here and seemed to enjoy his time. He said the food was really good. Any questions or issues were addressed very quickly. Nurses were available for any medical concerns. Residents were provided a personal call button pendant. I really liked that you could access the building and memory unit by a personal code and did not have to wait for staff to open the door. The director and staff were very approachable and helpful. The fee was reasonable and they do not require 30 day notice if you have to move. The rooms were spacious and well lit with lots of storage for clothing and personal items. The facility was beautiful with nice views from all windows. The residents on the memory unit were allowed to walk in a secured yard in good weather. The experience at Dominion has been excellent. I would recommend that you visit here first for assisted living or memory care for your loved one.
