I absolutely love being employed by The Grand. Our greater Louisville seniors deserve a safe and structured environment where they can stay in control and live their best quality of life. The Grand knocks this out of the park! Helping residents keep their independence for as long as possible in Independent Living with an added safety net of Personal Care and Memory Care services is a guaranteed set up for success. I am also proud to work along side the most passionate, talented and hard-working staff. This is by far the best team I've ever been apart of!

My father moved into an independent living apartment in November of 2019. The apartments are very nice and the facility is beautiful. The staff has been wonderful during this difficult time. They have made every effort to keep the residents safe while also engaging the residents to help with loneliness. I highly recommend The Grand and am very thankful my father is there!

I was excited to tour this beautiful facility for the first time today ... I observed countless amenities such as an indoor pool , art studio, upscale salon , spa, restaurant style dining..so much more . I was also impressed with the gorgeous interior design. I could honestly go on & on - I did see lots of smiles also ... employees & from the folks that decided to move in & make The Grand home . I have worked in healthcare 25 years & often offer advice if someone ask my opinion... I would definitely feel comfortable recommending The Grand .

My father lives in one of the care units and its been well worth it. His level of care increased and where he was living prior could not accommodate his needs. Everyone has been great - the place is beautiful and even during all of the covid nightmare he hasnt felt isolated (though he is from the outside). He doesnt actually realize hes not able to go out. He has lots of room to walk and in a totally secure environment.

I am thrilled and blessed to have found such a wonderful place to work! The Grand is the most beautiful new senior living community in the area with fun and engaging residents. My coworkers are amazing and hands down the most caring individuals you could find anywhere. I love The Grand!

I worked on this building as a laborer. It was a really nice designed place to work on. I enjoyed walking through and seeing this place slowly come together like a giant puzzle.

For more than two years we have looked at more than two dozen of the top rated assisted living facilities in the state of Kentucky and North Carolina. I am sure we made it difficult for the marketing person when she kept asking what more can I show you and we would always reply with the saying, I will know it when I feel it. Sure, we wanted a place that we could be proud of, close to great shopping and medical facilities, and a variety of activities but in addition, we were looking for activity, neighbors, people talking to the neighbors with a happy smile on their faces. When we listen to the people at The Grand we got that feeling. The feeling of pride, sincerity, caring, and the fact that they were proud and happy to be working at The Grand. Yes. We got that feeling we were looking for. That feeling of a home, not just a beautiful building. We are looking forward to spending our future at The Grand.
