Sherri & the staff at The Neighborhood at Paducah are compassionate and supportive of the community residents and their families. That was the upmost of importance to me for my husband’s home away from home. They became part of my family. I was extremely pleased with his care.

Sherrie and all the staff do a wonderful job every day! Sherrie goes above and beyond to make sure the residence at The Neighborhood Paducah KY are well cared for and have an enjoyable home. The Thanksgiving Family Meal was so very nice and delicious. I thank you all for your hard work to make it a special evening for our family.

The director of the facility, Sherry, has been amazing. Walked me thru the process of finding an excellent facility for mother. Mom has been there 6 mos and the entire staff has been caring, loving and strive their hardest to make sure mom is comfortable and happy. The meals are delicious and nutritionally balanced. It is a smaller facility which provides a family type atmosphere. There are a variety of crafts, music, worship, outdoor activities and even ice cream trips. I cannot express enough appreciation for Sherry as she makes sure all departments are in order. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly in every department. Highly recommend

When we came with my sister we didn't know what to expect. What we have gotten is a fantastic staff, great food and a facility that is always trying to improve themselves. Clean facility and always trying to improve what they have is a recipe for a great place for a loved one.

A couple of years after my mom passed away we realized dad was having some cognitive issues and just wasn’t thriving socially. Previously my grandfather had been a resident at Morningside, so Dad, my sister and I decided it would be a good idea to check into assisted living. It was the best decision. The staff is great, the activities help him socially, physically and cognitively. He enjoys himself and is happy. It gave my sister and I peace of mind knowing he’s well taken care of, has friends he enjoys time with and loves to get out and about. (Before Covid). We are so appreciative of everyone at Morningside.

Moving my mom into Morningside was a smooth process. Laura was helpful with all the details and made it easy. It is a relief to know she is safe and enjoying the company of her neighbors.

Sorry, I did not complete this with comments due to interruptions. My low rating is based on inconsistent service. Meals are frequently changed due to not having the items on hand that are on the menu. I do complement the kitchen on trying to help provide me with a difficult diet that I am on. AIDS are not always responsive to the "call" buttons. It has been as long as 2 hours in some cases. There are a few of the AIDS that have a careing attitude, but most are more interested in their cell phones. Speaking of phones, no one answers the house phone after 4 PM or on week ends or holidays. I will stop with these negative comments . I did notice that most of the previous reviews were given by relatives of residents, they don't live here on a daily basis. There are some rave reviews by former residents who have moved to different facilities. It just is not five star! I have given previous comments of concern in the residents meetings and to the corporate office, but not much ever changed.

I cannot say enough about how this stellar facility is operated. From the daily staff, to the administration, top notch without a doubt. I feel very blessed to have something like this where my mom, who is a memory-care patient, can receive the quality of care she deserves. Before you decide on an assisted living facility, you owe it to yourself to investigate all that Morningside has to offer. The only reason that they're five stars, is that six wasn't an option. From my viewpoint, compassion and care are more than just words to these folks. They live it.. EVERY. DAY. Thank you Morningside, for taking wonderful care of my mom.

I was visiting at Morningside Assisted Living the other day and was honored with a tour of their Memory Unit! What a beautiful unit it is!!! They have thought of everything!! The comfort and safety for their residents clearly were the driving inspiration for this unit! WELL DONE!!!!

While my mother was only at Morningside for a couple of months, I was very impressed with them. The facility was well maintained, the staff was very attentive and the food looked good. Amber, the facility director, went above and beyond to help me. I have no problem recommending them.

Morningside is a hidden gem in our area. It is a beautiful place inside and out - so are the staff. I have personally dealt with almost all staff, from management, enrollment, patient helpers, kitchen helpers, maintenance, housekeeping, etc. They genuinely care for their clients - treating everyone w/ respect & dignity. They try to get everyone involved w/ all activities. From outings & weekly trip to Dollar General. It is more like a home with family. Blessed to be a part of Morningside

Morningside of Paducah is a beautiful place with caring people. When my grandfather stayed there we all knew he was in excellent hands. They approached us with information on veterans benefits that saved us a lot of money. Five stars!

We are very pleased with Morningside. My grandfather has been living at Morning for over a year now and Laura help make the transition easier for him. The staff are friendly, it is clean and feels like home. His apartment is close to the dining room and has a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy being outside. They call when papaw falls and are concerned about him.

My sweet mother has been at Morningside for over a year and we couldn't be happier. It is truly like a family there and the staff cares for her and the others as they would their own families. Not only has our mother been well taken care of but she has flourished and became involved with so many activities she didn't have access to living with us. Morningside and the staff has become part of our extended family and been a phenomenal support.
