I can’t recommend Rivercest Place enough for anyone that is searching for an assisted living. The staff truly care about every resident and the interior of the facility looks like it belongs in a magazine. If you have a tour, you will instantly know it is the place for you or your loved one.

I've always been hesitant about the care given at these facilities but Sam definitely changed that. You can tell Sam genuinely cares for her residents there. She's always got a smile and positive attitude with everyone there. Regardless.

The team at Rivercrest is great, and has done an especially wonderful job dealing with covid-19. I have worked in many assisted living facilities and nursing homes and my standards are HIGH. They are following all the guidelines and are going out of their way to make sure the residents have a reason to smile each day even though they are so isolated right now. They have even gotten the community involved (from a safe distance) to make sure their residents are feeling loved and appreciated during such a difficult time. I live out of town and love knowing that at Rivercrest, my grandmother is being cared for the way I would care for her if she were in one of my facilities.

My father has been at Rivercrest for three years, hes 95 and I feel confident in his care and very welcomed by staff when visiting. Its the next best thing to home!

My mother has been at RiverCrest Place for almost 2 years. She is 96 and calls it home. That is so important to my siblings and I. She participates in many of the activities and loves when various community church groups come to share Jesus and the gospel with residents. We love the fact staff has stayed stable with few changes. That is important for residents like my mother who suffers with dementia issues.

The staff here did a great job with our tour, they answered all our questions and did a nice job showing us around the community. They seem to have a lot of amenities for the residents, but we felt that my mother's care would be better addressed in a different community.

The Emeritus is a beautiful facility and was so welcoming!!!! The staff has been extremely helpful and they all have a caring/friendly attitude. My mom has not moved into her new home yet but I feel the Emeritus will be a safe and happy place for her. My family wanted a community that would offer a caring atmosphere so that mom would feel a sense of being with people that loved her and never be lonely. That being said, I am so thankful we were fortunate to receive a recommendation to visit Emeritus.
