I've worked at New Castle Nursing and Rehab for almost 14 years. The feel at Twin Oaks is amazing. It's calm, warm, and inviting with the well loved fireplace upon entry. Leanne, community manager, is so well known throughout the community making families feel more at ease with the transition from home to assisted living. It's home away from home at Twin Oaks.

My mother lived here for 2 years before having to move to a skilled care facility. The staff is AMAZING and I would highly recommend them. They loved on Mama and took such great care of her.

My grandparents are currently residing here. They LOVE all of the staff. They truly care about the residents. Their apartment is perfect for them, small but cozy and fully equipped. They have dealt with my grumpy grandfather who has 3 types of cancer, with grace and the patients of a saint. The other residents are all very friendly and welcoming. PERFECT place for your elderly loved ones

My grandmother lived at Twin Oaks for over 4 years. She loved living there; she loved Leanne Yancey (director) and the atmosphere is so inviting, just like family. She is gone now but some of her happiest days were at Twin Oaks. She loved the staff and everybody was always there to help her in any way. We could not have asked for better care anywhere, she deserved the best and she got the best. Our family was extremely satisfied with Twin Oaks, Leanne Yancey, the entire staff and the way they cared for my grandmother.
