I LOVE Storypoint Middletown! It's my forever home ! I moved here in Nay 2023 after my husband passed away. I cannot say enough about this place! The staff are phenomenal. They welcomed me with open arms. From David Dunbar the executive director to maintenance and those who clean - they are all wonderful! The food is fantastic! Our Chef strives daily to put great food on the table for us! The Life Enrichment team provided us with activities that are so much fun! This is my forever home and I love it!

This place looks great for mom or dad, when they just seem to be a bit tired and are ready for this transition. The place was absolutely spotless, very clean, staff seem very friendly. Library looked very well organized. Dining room was absolutely clean, very “home” like but with the experience of a great restaurant. Even outside is clean. Really looks like a peaceful place to just enjoy when ever you are ready to!! It’s like a hidden Eden, I live so close and didn’t even notice this piece of paradise existed for the older people we love!! Am young and I even felt like living here. LOL.

Ive been to many senior living facilities in the Louisville area the past few years, however, no place is quite like StoryPoint. For starters, StoryPoint puts resident well-being first. COVID protocols are always followed, giving you a peace of mind in the community.From the moment you walk in you are greeted and welcomed like youre a family member coming home!Theres an awesome care staff in the building 24-7. The care staff treat the residents as family and provide amazing, nurturing care. The care staff are easy to find in their bright green shirts!The sales team, Matt and Kyle, can make any desire of yours come true. StoryPoint puts your experience first and values you, they see you as a person and not a number to meet a quota. The front desk is staffed 12 hours a day with knowledgeable receptionists who can always get you where you need to go and direct you to the right person. Grace does a wonderful job along with the rest of the lovely ladies! The first thing you notice about the community is how immaculate and clean it is. Dexter and his staff take great pride in what they do. Wendell, the wonderful maintenance man can fix anything! Residents are enriched with a day full of activities from the life enrichment team, lead by Amanda. Theres a transportation shuttle always available and ready to take care of you and get to your appointments. Jennifer in the front office can answer just about any question you may have and has the best style. I havent yet been able to experience the dining at StoryPoint, but the things I hear about Chef Bailey and her culinary team are above and beyond. Im sure the food tastes even better than it looks, which already looks amazing! Residents love to start their day by seeing the barista and grabbing a pastry and coffee, then hanging out in the cafe to read the morning paper. Theres always something to do, someone to talk to and something to look forward to. Ive seen the good, the bad and the ugly of senior living- but StoryPoint goes above and beyond. I could go on and on about how amazing this community is, but, you just need to experience it for yourself.

I have been a resident since October 27 and I love it here. This is the best place to be. My daughter researched a lot of places before finding StoryPoint. She found me the best home. There is always a lot of things to do. The staff are really great. Just an incredible place to be and it truly saved my life.

What an impressive senior living community that StoryPoint-Middletown is! Located right off Shelbyville Road, this community is close to the Gene Snyder Freeway as well as businesses such as Target, Walmart, Panera and Qdoba. The apartments are impressive and full of amenities. Oh yeah, the staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome!

When you first enter StoryPoint Middletown, you immediately get a sense of home. The entrance is very welcoming and cozy. This community offers independent and enhanced senior living. The building has 162 spacious apartments and offers many amenities for residents including a hair salon, fitness center, several activity rooms, a library and media center. Not to mention the various weekly events like cocktails with friends, muffins and mimosas, cocktail hour with live entertainment and just spending time enjoying friends and family. As for food, the cafe is open in the morning for breakfast - toast, eggs, cereal and just about anything youd like to enjoy first thing in the morning. Lunch is great! There is a standing weekly menu with daily specials. Youre sure to find something great. As for dinner, you can enjoy a five-course meal. Its absolutely delicious and everything is freshly prepared by our Executive Chef and the culinary team. You wont find a buffet at this community! Youre more than welcome to stop by for a tour and meet the friendly team. There is always someone there to help answer any questions regarding the community.

Let me start by saying I am not someone easily impressed and I have a somewhat jaundiced eye when it comes to promises made by sales people. That being said, I have been blown away by The people and the facility here at StoryPoint.The people working here have made me feel like family and there is genuine care for the well-being of the residents. The food is GREAT and the facilities are beautiful and brand new.I can heartily endorse this facility for anyone considering a home for seniors.

I cant say enough good things about StoryPoint, they have treated my grandparents like royalty as soon as they stepped through the door. From a gorgeous campus and private apartments to the wonderful Chef Bailey preparing 5 star meals, to fun activities like bingo, cocktail hour, and painting, it makes you want to live there too! We joke that its like living on a cruise the rest of your life. If youre looking for a place to trust with your loved ones, StoryPoint is the best.

The two front receptionists, Grace and Reneé, were wonderful and very kind. They were very busy helping others check in, but gave everyone a true loving welcome. Was here for a special event which was beautifully planned and had a great time. All of the staff are friendly and inviting. Wendell was funny as could be and very helpful. Beautiful people, beautiful building and a beautiful meal! We were invited by friends of ours and we will definitely be coming back to future StoryPoint events! Definitely a memorable experience.

Id been exploring the idea of senior living accommodations and visiting a few of them. I was very impressed with StoryPoint In Middletown. Their location was convenient but private. The staff were especially warm and friendly especially Zac and Emily. You get a warm family feeling from this new facility. I liked everything about it. It just felt good and I will certainly consider it in my consideration

Had the privilege to help build this building and finalize its facility in the back. Everyday I am greeted with a smile and welcome back by the receptionist, and everyday I leave with a genuine goodbye and see youtomorrow. The staff is all friendly and this is a great very safe building with staff who genuinely care.

StoryPoint Middletown is a beautiful facility with all the amenities for senior living. Emily and Zac were so welcoming and helpful during my visit there and answered all my questions. I enjoyed a delicious meal in the Candlewick Bistro with Emily and my son during our tour, and the chef stopped by our table to hear our review of the meal. This is a great addition to senior living options in Louisville.
