I highly recommend Traditions at Beaumont for the care of your loved one. Although my mom was only in Traditions at Beaumont memory care for a short period of time, the Traditions staff helped us with great professionalism through her end-of-life care needs. We were able to keep much of mom's care inhouse via their well-trained staff, inhouse nurse practitioners, and inhouse hospice services. I commend Brandon, Chris, Rebecca, and Dan, and Leo for all their professionalism and warmth throughout all our interactions. And to the memory care director Shannon, who oversaw mom's memory care while simultaneously going through the loss of her own father in the memory care unit at the very same time, I am still astonished and unbelievably thankful for how well she managed what was going on with our needs at the same time without missing a beat! I will never forget that. Rest assured I have already made several recommendations to my friends, who are also in that caregiving stage of life, that I highly recommend Traditions at Beaumont for the caregiving needs of their loved ones.

The two stars are for the friendly, hard working staff, and kindness they exude. They are wonderful and our family member enjoys it there. HOWEVER, when we toured the facility, we were told the "rent" only goes up about 3% (cost of inflation etc.) a year. Hahaha... what a joke THAT was. Six months in - they raised it 10%, NOW at the one year anniversary they want an additional 23% increase. ARE YOU KIDDING?!? BUYER BEWARE - It's a BAIT & SWITCH!!!! If we had knows this was going to be the outcome, we would have gone elsewhere before, now we have to move them. It's ridiculous. Oh, you might want to read the reviews on Yelp.

My mother, aunt was residents at Traditions before they passed, my mother-in-law is currently in the memory care. I highly recommend this facility. They have earned our trust and admiration due to the care they have provided for my family members. We have visited a number of facilities for the elderly in the past and there was always a question of do they really follow through with their promises and most times it turned out they did not. Traditions is different, the care and the personal attention they give to their patients, not only my family but others as well, is truly a cut above the rest. They have been more than we could have hoped for, when providing care for my family. From the first time we walked into the facility when greeted by Kim and Kimberly we felt more like family than customers. With my mother the treatment was well above what we were even promised, with my aunt they went well beyond what ever could be expected to try and make her happy. The medical staff with Chris and Melody are exceptional in the care they provide and have kept us informed every step of the way. The memory care unit is almost too good to be true. My family visits my mother-in-law often at different times of the day, and they are always doing some type of activity to stimulate them, along with special treats and activities, Megan runs the activity part of the memory care unit, and she is a perfect choice for that position. She treats every patient as a person, providing them with a face that cares about their wellbeing, and who they are. Shannon is the manager of the memory care unit and has been exceptional in taking care of any problems that we have had, she is quick to react and a manner that you call tell she cares about what she does. Rebecca in the front office has been very helpful whenever we have had questions about care or any other matter, always with a smile. Even when they are busy, and they do stay busy, they will find time to walk up and ask you how you are doing and if there is anything we need. A long review, but I can't say enough good about this place, they have a fan for life and when my time comes, this is where I will want to be.

My mother has been here since August of 2021. The care ans attention provided by the staff goes beyond expectation. They take time to listen as though they have no other responsibilities. The facility stays clean and concerns are addressed immediately. Living out of state, I am comforted knowing mom is supported in all aspects of her health.

My family loved Traditions. My grandfather started out living in one of their garden homes and transitioned to assisted living before moving into their memory care. While he was there our family really enjoyed all the events that were put on. Our family really enjoyed getting to know the staff and they made us feel like they were a part of our family. The activities department always seemed to be having things going on from outings, games, and events. I know my family enjoyed visiting granddad and we felt like his last few years were great for him.

My wife works at traditions and over the years I have seen many memory care facilities - some good and some bad. I would definitely rate this as one of the top. The atmosphere is welcoming as you walk in the door. The facility reminded me of a vacation resort, with what it had to offer. Staff answered all of my questions on daily activities and they really seem to care about the residents who live there.

A family member recently moved into Traditions (about three months ago). The staff have been nothing other than helpful and pleasant. My family member has nothing but positive comments to make about meals, activities, etceteras. I, too, have nothing but positive comments to make with regard to the care provided and the physical layout and cleanliness of Traditions. Kim and Kendel assisted with admissions and getting settled. The transition to the facility was fairly seamless in no small part due to their efforts. I am a licensed social worker having extensive previous work experience as an inspector with both Licensing and Regulations and JCAH - I have been in most every nursing facility and hospital in the Western region of Kentucky. I have seen a lot and have just been very pleased with both staff and facility to date. I would highly recommend Traditions at Beaumont assisted living.

My initial tour with Kim was very informative & thorough. She immediately made me feel comfortable & welcome. After other tours, I was blown away at the difference of the feeling of security & safety. She has been a rockstar through all of it. Throughout the multiple changes in the plan of care for my Dad, the entire staff has been very responsive, caring, & involved. They have made some difficult decisions much easier to manage & they are so caring. They are quick to help with anything that you need. I would highly recommend this community even if you're just over 50 & want to leave all the mundane homeowner tasks behind. Their garden homes are amazing & spacious!

My wife and I were given a tour of the Memory Care facility by a young lady named Kendal. She was very polite and courteous. She enthusiastically answered all our questions. Her interaction with residents and employees helped us feel very comfortable that Traditions is truly a safe and loving place for my 92 year old father. The building inside and out were clean and orderly. Kendal proudly displayed her passion for Traditions and the residents they serve. We moved my father into his Studio apartment today and are excited to watch dad flourish.

We had to place my dad in memory care during the holidays this past December. It was a very difficult decision but the staff at Beaumont has helped thru every decision. Kim and Rebekah are two of the kindest and understanding people I have ever met. They have talked to me on countless occasions and helped to guide me through the difficulty of caregiving for a person suffering with dementia. The other staff (from the receptionist, the personal aids, medical staff, and activities and move-in staff) have also been wonderful! They always seem to make time for us. They have been so caring with my dad and they have helped make a very difficult situation as barrable as it can be. I know that my dad is safe and cared for by the great staff and they will never know how much that means. It is hard to lose a loved one to dementia but they have helped me realize that our focus is one day at a time, and there are still plenty of happy days to come!! I appreciate all they have done for us and would highly recommend this facility!

My mother has been a resident at Traditions at Beaumont for 2.5 years and we couldn't be happier with the services. Every employee is caring and goes out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and well cared for. During the pandemic they have taken wonderful care of the residents, insuring they were safe, and doing their best to make sure that protocol was followed so they didn't have an outbreak of COVID-19. We couldn't be happier knowing she is comfortable and happy where she is living.

Not sure if the comments are because of covid but my Sis has complained of the quality of food served. I have also heard of other complaints from residents about food. Also when visiting Traditions to drop off things to Sis, the receptionist is NOT very cheerful or courteous . I hate that this is the first person evqeryone meets as they arrive. I have seen this receptionist be rude or curt to others as they come to drop off materials to their loved ones. Also the delivery guys are not greeted with a positive attitude. Is this the way we want to represent Traditions at Beaumont? Have you noticed this? I know finding a dependable person is difficult during these times but think of the image we want for Traditions . We still love the place and hope for improvement in this area.

There are numerous issues: 1. The food. Website/info material states that residents can "order off a restaurant-style" menu. This is not true. My mother's menu is a piece of paper with very limited choices. The daily "paper menu" is not a restaurant-style menu. See picture below. The food you order is not the food you receive. My mother often does not receive the food she orders. She has order one type of soup and receives another type or she does not receive any soup at all. One time the replacement soup was "red pepper soup". I never heard of "red pepper soup" and it was too hot for her to eat. She often does not receive any salad dressing with her dinner. And when she does, it is pre-packaged and not easy for a 90+ year old to open. My mom has asked for ice tea with dinner and instead of ice tea she consistently get's hot tea. She has also requested a banana for breakfast and sometimes she receives it and sometimes she does not. I've attached a photo of one of my mother's "restaurant-style" dinners and I ask the question, "does this look like "restaurant-style" food? For what it is worth, the Beaumont website states the employment of an "executive chef"! This statement is inaccurate. 2. We were told that her sheets would be changed and washed weekly. No one changed my mother's sheets for the first 2 weeks she was at the facility and I do not believe her room was cleaned during the first 2 weeks. 3. One week my mother's personal laundry was returned "damp". 4. Inconsistent Rx reminders. There were some mornings & evenings when the "staff" did not remind my mother to take her meds. 5. Shuttle to dr's appointments is only available 2 days a week. Given logistics of making a dr's appt and coordinating the shuttle, the shuttle should be available Monday-Friday.

My mom was the first resident to move into the new Traditions at Beaumont. We are thrilled with this new facility . It is a beautiful safe place for my mom to live with her own private apartment . She eats all her meals in the dinning room, witch gives me the peace of mind that she won't be catching the house on fire. They have recreations and outings that keep her busy during the day and the Staff is very caring, they are becoming a second family to us. I would suggest Traditions at Beaumont to anyone.

Traditions at Beaumont has been a fantastic move for my parents. This facility and staff made it feel like home from the time we walked in the door to tour the facility. The services they offer are fantastic. The residents have a lot to do each day and they take them out on trips each week. I rest easy each night because I know my parents are being cared for and that if anything happens they are trained for any situation. The food is very good and the residents feel like they are going out to eat for each meal. The dining room looks like an upscale restaurant and the food is served on very nice china. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a nice place for your friends or family to live. If you visit this place you will fall in love with it instantly! Thank you Traditions at Beaumont for taking good care of my family!

My mother moved into a lovely studio apartment at the beginning of April. I speak to her every day and she always says how happy she is and how much she loves living here. She's eating well and getting more exercise than she has in some time. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is warm and friendly. She's made new friends and she's always so cheerful! We are so excited to have found Traditions at Beaumont in my father's home town of Fern Creek, Ky! This retirement community allows dad to live independently, while enjoying the benefits of 3 wonderful meals a day, activities he can join in and opportunity to socialize with others his age. Shortly after dad moved in, he had an medical emergency. We were so thankful to have the staff on site to respond immediately. They worked as a team to provide Dad with the support and care he needed until we could arrive. When he returned home from the hospital, he received a warm welcome from both the staff and residents. Traditions at Beaumont provides a family atmosphere that is created by both the residents and staff. Even though Dad has only lived there a few weeks, it is beginning to really feel like home.
