They are 10 out of 10 here, and honestly, if I could rate higher, I would. They were so good to my grandmother and even showed up to her service. If you are wanting a place that cares and truly wants the best for your family member call them immediately!

The Pinnacle is GREAT. Having your loved one in memory care is not a happy phase of life, but this is a happy place. Patty is passionate about providing the residents with the best life they can have and always welcomes visitors. Lisa does an amazing job as the Life Enrichment Director. I am always amazed at the creative activities she plans, ex. Derby races, making pet treats before visiting an animal shelter, making mardi gras masks. I especially like the weekly live music and optional weekly field trips. The Pinnacle team is very compassionate, kind and caring- they really do try to treat everyone like family. They understand dementia and have coached our family through this transition. Earlean, the Nursing Director, is phenomenal and shows tremendous dedication in taking care of the Pinnacle residents. Freddie, Joanna, and all the nursing staff do a good job at keeping us informed of any changes and are always available for any questions. The Pinnacle is a wonderful memory care option in the Louisville area, and we are lucky to have found it.

The Pinnacle of Louisville: Family Experience with Memory Care After interactions with various facilities, we've found Pinnacle Memory Care stands out for its compassionate staff and smooth transition for our loved one. The team's dedication”from leadership to caregivers”creates an environment where residents and families feel supported. Moving our mother to full memory care at Pinnacle has brought comfort and noticeable improvements in her mood and connections. Following extensive research and prior less positive experiences elsewhere, we appreciate Pinnacle’s focus on attentive, dignified care for memory care residents, and now have peace of mind knowing our mother is in good hands.

I have had some experience with assistant living facilities, and nothing compares to the care that my sister-in-law is receiving at the Pinnacle memory care. The entire staff Has been very caring and patient with her. She had a very difficult time adjusting, and they worked with us and her To make the transition go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend The Pinnacle of Louisville

Do not moved any loved ones into the pinnacle under any circumstances. Can’t apologize to my mom enough.

The pinnacle of Louisville has been a god send. My mother needed a safe and loving place to transition from assisted living to a full memory care community. The director and all of the staff are warm, kind, caring, and committed to helping the resident as well as the family grappling with this difficult journey. I’m very happy to say that Mom has improved in her connection with people and sense of calm and happiness. Something she struggle with before we moved to the Pinnacle. I tell all my friends and clients how wonderful our stay is going. I am confident as we move forward Mom will be in the best hands possible and that is a relief and peace for me and my family.

Highly recommend this place! My dad has been here as a resident since early 2023 and we are so very pleased with everything! The staff are warm, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer support for families and caregivers as well. The nursing team is especially kind, and very committed to my dad's dignity, health and his well-being. They have a variety of activities, entertainment and events at all times of the year, and always extend an invitation to us as the family. Management's doors are always open, but you're more likely to bump into them in the hallway or rec room on visits to the facility. They are currently doing some renovations, which speaks to their overall commitment, from facilities to activities, to provide the best experience possible for my dad and all the residents. We are over the moon with the choice we made, and would recommend The Pinnacle of Louisville to anyone who is looking for a place to care for their loved one. We are so grateful to the people who provide my dad day in and day out with the high level of care that everyone deserves. Thank you!

The Pinnacle of Louisville has been a great home to my grandma. I try my best to come and visit when I get the chance and it’s always been a 10/10 experience. The staff is always on top of things and truly loves their residents.
August 2024
Wonderful Community with very caring staff! They really care about making sure all their Residents are living their best lives!
August 2024
My mother has been at the Pinnacle since January of 2024. After mom’s diagnosis of Alzheimer’s my sister and I researched numerous places because we wanted our mother to receive the best care. We tried caring for her but she needed more than what we could provide for her as her disease progressed. We learned a lot from this process. After having mom in two other communities that catered primarily to their assisted living residents and the memory care residents were not a priority. I highly suggested if your loved one needs memory care The Pinnacle of Louisville is your selection. Not only do they provide the care your loved needs they do it with so much love! The love and dignity they provide means the world to our family. The disease is so heartbreaking yet the Pinnacle gives us so much peace. Momma is always smiling, something she never did at the other communities at the other places!!
August 2024
Our mom is loved by all the staff. For the 1st times in years my sister and I can breathe. Hats off to every staff member from the director, receptionists, care staff, nurses, life engagement director, house keeping. Every employee works together for the good of the resident and their families.
August 2024
Our family member has been a resident of the Pinnacle for 2 weeks today. He has adjusted very well. The entire Pinnacle staff from nurses, to care givers, to office personnel, to activity director, to receptionist, to facility manager are warm, caring and friendly folks. They encourage family members to visit often and at anytime. We do. And we are impressed. Thank you Pinnacle. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic memory care community filled with wonderful employees!
January 2024
I sing regularly as well as visit a resident at this community weekly so I am in the building often. Every single staff member, from the caregivers to Maintenance to the Executive Director is so kind and genuinely happy to be there. The staff love the residents, they aren't just there to provide care and do a job. You can go to facilities that are bigger and newer and offer more services but when you are looking for a place for a loved one with cognitive decline those are not the benefits that they need, they are benefits that cater to YOU and what you would want. Those with memory impairments need an environment that will encourage interaction, provide loving care and embrace your loved one with warmth and affection no matter the circumstance. They need a home filled with love in the same way that we need it as children. You will find that at The Pinnacle. Don't take my word for it. Go visit, you'll feel it.
December 2023
Excellent service and a good place to spend time
November 2023
The Pinnacle really cares for their residents. They treat them just like family. They have nurses, LPN’s and RN’s, on staff 24/7 as well as an 8/1 caregiver/resident ratio. One of my favorite things about the Pinnacle is the huge outdoor area they have for their residents. Residents are encouraged to go outside, whenever they want, to garden or just get some sunshine. It’s a lovely place.
November 2023
My stepmother was a 13-month resident and I couldn't speak more highly of the care and culture at Pinnacle of Louisville. The Pinnacle team, from administration to care staff were exceptional in caring for my stepmother and supporting us as a family through a very challenging season of life. This was my first direct experience with memory care and it was a very good one. My stepmother received personal care including a variety of therapies that improved her quality of life. Pinnacle is more than a facility they are an extended family. Thank you Pinnacle team!
November 2023
Always short staffed and the cook shalonda has a very bad attitude. Dean is an excellent cook. Grace is very attentive and wonderful to talk to. Teresa is a good worker. Found Ann the nurse sleeping on the job. Need better management at this facility. Also Shawn is not a honest person. He smiles and tell you one thing and then rude when you meet with him with a complaint. I saw a patient fall to the floor and the caregiver just sat there and said he does that. Dangerous place to leave a loved one. Improvements has been made since 3 years ago. Food is delicious. Place is clean. Staff is friendly. Still need to work on the caregivers and nursing staff. Keeping you from getting 5s.

Have been pleased with the facility, cleanliness and activities. Brenda at front desk very caring and nurse Amy very Thorough and informing. Thanks to the staff for the kind caring
September 2023
Have been so helpful in the care of my grandfather. Constantly pleasant, kind and feel genuine. Have given helpful advice and made the entire process so much easier. I felt like I wanted to say thank you by recommending them to others who might not be sure where to try.

Caring staff and beautifully designed building. The activities planned and implemented are engaging and well thought out. The administrative staff is very involved and active in the day to day operations. Highly recommend
May 2023
Very caring staff with great patience. My mother is so much happier here with more of a homey environment than an upscale place like b4.
May 2023
The staff is always delightful and helpful. There is a wonderful music person ,Danny, who sings beautifully and entertains daily. I recommend this highly. My brother is rehabbing here and enjoys the music sessions very much since music was his first love. There is a very good beautician who gives hair and a shave.

We have recently placed my father, with Alzheimer's, at Park Louisville. We did a lot of research and visited four facilities in total; we cancelled even more visits we had scheduled once we visited Park. Park just 'felt right' and seemed very homey. It is also a Personal Care Memory Care facility, which is what my father requires, rather than Assisted Living Memory Care. The rooms are adequate and the perfect size and the facility layout on their 2-acre campus is great; the outdoor space was a real selling point for us, as my father feels most at home in nature. There is also a veterans' unit there which was very attractive for us. From Kieleigh with whom we initially met, to Melissa and her nursing team to Danny as the memory care director and finally, to Hagit as the business administrator, all interactions with staff and the team have been positive, personalized and warm. Our experience with Park has been professional and positive and we look forward to my father's thriving at the facility.

Wonderful place. Staff always so friendly and helpful.
January 2023
Clean, friendly, nice place and staff.
January 2023
There needs to be more consistent communication about loved ones, staff, changes, and management.
July 2021
I have to say if you don't visit your loved one everyday then you really don't know about this place I've seen it all they lie about everything and they dam sure don't care about your loved ones so what you all have heard or seen if you don't visit sure there gonna tell you it's all good
February 2021
Couldn’t be happier about the new management at this facility, they truly care! My mother enjoys all here friends and the freedom she gets in the building
July 2020
My Father was there for 1 1/2 months, he had injuries from falling and who knows how long he was laying in his room on the floor till someone saw him and called 911. His face looked like he was punched... our family dont know the truth because they didnt inform anyone of his falling. He is now in Heaven where better off than the Nursing homes he was in.
January 2020
The Staff at this facility has always been amazing, courteous, and very understanding of all our needs. Owen has really been a huge help in the process. Highly recommended.
January 2020
You will not find a more welcoming facility than Park Louisville. The facility is set-up to engage residents in meaningful activities at every corner with a wonderful activities director and a very caring staff that realize the importance of activities and socialization. This facility has some of the best caregivers I have ever come into contact with and I have been in healthcare for 7 years. Park Louisville feels like home primarily due to the nurses, caregivers, management, and the current residents and their families. I would highly recommend looking to Park Louisville for your loved one's needs!

My aunt was a resident at park Louisville for a few months before passing. During that time I found the staff willing to go above and beyond in taking care of her. Shawn Sanders and Tasha Corbett were always ready to answer my questions and ease my stress.
August 2019
As a vendor of therapeutic services, I feel Park does a fantastic job of evaluating resident needs and getting the extra help they need. I’ve only had good experiences with staff, as they are receptive and intuitive with each individual. I would feel safe and secure with any member of my own family residing here.
August 2019
I was VERY impressed by the Park Louisville team right from my initial scouting visit, and they IMMEDIATELY identified for me what I should be looking for in a memory care community for my dad. I looked at 12 senior communities in all, and Park was FAR AND AWAY the front-runner. Since my dad moved in (he's been there just over a month now), he has told me DAILY how nice everyone is, how HELPFUL the Park team is, and how GREAT the food is. The nursing staff has found the keys to maximizing the effects of his medications, and he has THRIVED during his short time there. It was the right decision to move him there.
July 2019
My name is Lee Stinson. My aunt, Mary Jo Thieneman is a resident of Park Louisville. She has been there since the middle of May. I am very pleased with this place but more importantly,my aunt is pleased with Park. My wife and I looked at several places before deciding on Park. Park stood out for mainly one reason to us: It felt like home, not just another facility. The staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable. They are always accessable and ready to attend to any of my aunt,s needs.Just the other day, my aunt told me one of the nurses hugged her and kissed her on the cheek. It doesn't sound like much but to her it was a whole lot.Tasha Corbett did a great job of showing us The park. She really made us feel really comfortable.I've also seen her interact with other residents and families and the kindness she shows goes far beyond her job description. You know she not only does her job but enjoys it. To me that is a plus for all the residents. Shawn Sanders is the new director and he has been great too. He is right up to date with everything going on with my aunt.Recently I had some leagal papers to get signed in a short period of time and he made it happen. He too is always there ready forwhatever we may need.I would highly recommend Park Louisville for anyone who has a loved one looking for exceptional care.
July 2019
As an Elder Care Coordinator, I’m vigilant about keeping up with the best memory care/personal care facilities in Louisville. Park Louisville is a wonderful community. Their care model focuses on routine and structure for their residents, essential with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. Their facility is clean and they have beautiful community areas for the residents to enjoy. The nursing staff and nurse aids are focused on their clients at all times and the facility has two wonderful doctors that over see each patients care. Thank you Tasha Corbett, for always having my clients and their families best interests in mind. You’ve given each of my families the comfort and confidence in their decision they need. Your knowledge and compassion are noted and I appreciate everything you do.

Park Louisville Family! The all time favorite activity is Coffee Corner. Topics range from how my husband proposed, 1937 Flood, what I miss most about my wife, which is best cats or dogs (this one can get heated.) What restaurant are we eating at this time, my favorite grandchild is... The topic for the day is anyone's guess! Simply put, coffee time is people sharing their thoughts, feelings, and being a part of another's life, as all families do.

Went to visit with a friend to see her grandparents. The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The building and the outdoor areas were both very clean and well maintained. Very nice private rooms and multiple living room and community areas for residents to socialize. Would definitely consider for my own family members.
