Symphony at Valley farms has been a blessing for us. My mom is in memory care. They are able to get her to shower and keep her safe and well fed. They have weekly entertainment, she loves the music.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The people that work at Symphony at Valley Farms have become our extended family. The care Dad receives is exceptional, thorough and loving. Recently my Aunt needed a place to live that has Personal Care. It was relief to find out Symphony had a room. Three meals a day ( Dad loves the breakfast), 24 hour nursing, in house PT & OT, activities and beautiful surroundings make Symphony a great HOME.

This place is a very dedicated facility with its employees and their residents. They try to do all they can to make sure everyone stays happy. And is very connected with the families of residents in the facility. I would highly recommend this facility to others around me that have to or would like to find a facility to put their loved ones in this would be my first pick

I have had the opportunity to volunteer at Valley Farms several times over the last few years. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Being an outsider. I have observed the various relationships between employees and residents and found that residents are treated like family and they love being thete.the building itself is also well kept from t he front door to the back, and the grounds are beautiful.

I have been working here for the last year. This place is absolutely amazing it is a life-changing experience that I will never forget. This community is definitely one big family we all look out for each other and care for each other like no other. I am very honored and blessed to be a part of this community I love my job dearly and working in a environment like this is absolutely amazing. Symphony at Valley Farms is a beautiful facility. I have visited multiple times and have always been greeted with a warm smile! My family and I have attended several events planned by the activities director, Lisa Mullins. All events were well organized and the residents all seemed to have a wonderful time!

I like this place, it is so much fun working here. I love all the residents . Love the bosses, when ever I walk in the Buliding I feel so much love from everyone including the residents. When I came to work at Symphony at Valley Farms almost 4 years ago I never thought this would be my forever home but I have fallen in love with the residents at the community and could not imagine serving anyone else. Their smiles and love have filled my heart and make my work fulfilling. I feel each resident and family member has become an extension of my own family. I am blessed to work with such amazing people daily.Our management team is one of a kind- truly supportive of each other.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and all the staff members I have been in contact with. I wasnt sure my mamaw was ready to go into a facility but all the staff had made it a very smooth transition for my mamaw. My mamaw is my world and one of the best things is that the staff stay in constant contact with me about how mamaw is doing and when I spend time with my mamaw she always talks about how nice everyone is there. The staff are always going out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my mamaws care and that she is happy and comfortable. I am very happy with the decision we made to put my mamaw at symohony at valley farms.

My wife works for this company in Louisville. She loves to go to work and talks about how nice all the staff is and how she loves the residents. I have worked as Symphony as a CNAcare partner for a little over a year now, the staff is amazing!! They are caring to not only the residents but workforce as well. I have enjoyed my time at symphony so much, I plan on becoming a nurse here when I graduate from school.

I have been working here since October of 2014 , the most rewarding job I have ever had. I joined the team as a housekeeper just to get my foot in the door, proudly did my job till something else became available. November 2016 I was blessed to have become the Activities Director. So rewarding to be apart of what I feel is their journey home. Here at Symphony At Valley Farms we are one big family . Even our residents families all are so supportive and caring of us all. Just a big shout out to the whole team, who are awesome !!!!

My mother has been a resident at Symphony since December of 2017. I cannot say enough about the wonderful family at Symphony. I know my Mom is safe and very well cared for. EVERYONE there is pleasant and caring, but some of the people who have truly touched my heart are Teresa, Lisa (activities), Lisa (front desk), Cathy, Regina, Teri, Dee and Rozz. I also recently had the pleasure to meet Cindy (new to the family as Director). She was so sweet and easy to talk to. I must, however, give an extra special shout out to Connie. She is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is always bright and bubbly. She certainly helped ease my heart and soul while coming to grips with the reality of having to transition Mom into assisted living.

My daughter Alisa love her job; she cant stop talking about it especially the residents. My daughter loves the residents; she has a heart for the elderly. She actually took a bag of banana chips from the Philippines and said she will share it with one lady that likes it.

I am a new staff nurse at this facility and this job is very fulfilling and the residents makes my heart happy everyday. Our ED, Cindy Bratcher and the rest of the managements has made it so easy to work forwith. Everyone here is treated with respect and the employees from the kitchen to the floor has been nothing but welcoming and will go above and beyond to help. This is a TEAMWORK facility! I love working here and happy to come to work!

We are so blessed to have found Valley Farms. With the world the way it is today, to have people that watch over and care for our mother is so amazing!All of the staff treat her like a queen. I will miss names, but Lisa, Dana, Connie, Theresa, Regina, Dee Dee, Rusty, Lisa, Cathy and the rest are so amazing! I have been a R.AC.N.A at this facility for over a year now and I feel the staff really do care for the residents as if they were their own family member. Connie our executive director and Shareah our memory care support manager will go above and beyond for residents and their families as well as staff and Ive never worked anywhere more rewarding and dedicated I am proud to claim symphony at valley farms as not only my place of employment but as my second family. I recommend symphony to anyone that wants a wonderful place to live or work!
