Homewatch CareGivers of Louisville has really been invaluable to me and my mother over the past year in multiple ways. After spending a month in the hospital and rehab last December, Mom came home needing a lot of help with daily activities. April, her Caregiver, has gone above and beyond to give Mom much needed friendship and companionship and provided the physical help she needs daily. April has also helped me when needed in taking Mom to doctors appointments, and knowing she is there for Mom allows me the time I need to do my work mostly from home, get groceries and do errands, and when needed, meet with clients in my office so that I can continue to grow my business. Steve also has been a great help in dealing with the insurance company that has helped offset some of the cost of Mom's care. I highly recommend Homewatch Caregivers of Louisville for your loved ones so that they can have the best quality of life in the comfort of their home.

Overall homewatch was very helpful during the times we needed. They were always responsive to concerns and questions. Every company has its ups and downs but overall they were very helpful. Some call outs from their aids but they were very good at getting the call outs filled.

I recently worked with Homewatch CareGivers of Louisville to get help for my mother. They could not have done a better job for us. Steve and his staff did a great job of matching a caregiver to my mothers personality and needs. Heather was truly awesome and fit in seamlessly with our family. Communication from the office was fantastic - timely and professional. I appreciated that they stayed ahead of our schedule rather than letting anything go until the last minute. And, most importantly, I knew they cared about my familys needs and my mother. Ive used Homewatch Caregivers many times while my mother was recuperating from surgery and falls. She lived in Assisted Living (Beehive of Goshen), but during these times she needed extra help. The last instance was for 24 hour-7 day coverage for over two months when she cracked a vertebrae. They helped feed her, bathe her, dress her, and keep her entertained while she was bedridden. I never would have made it through without them. Shes ninety-one, and I had to recently move her to a nursing home. I will definitely call Homewatch the next time imneed someone to be with her one-on-one.

The young ladies who watched my mom when she was ill were great. They cooked for her and kept a record of what she ate. They washed the dishes. They were so gentle with mom. They treated her like a breakable doll. The company itself kept up with what was going on with mom and had suggestions of how to handle various situations. They made sure we were always covered and the caretakers were always on time. I appreciated this company as they did not add to my stress

For over two and 1-2 years the Homewatch CareGivers family provided excellent care and companionship to my mother. Their personalized, above and beyond care not only gave me much-needed respite from the daily responsibilities of eldercare, but they also provided me with peace of mind - knowing that she was safe in the hands of these competent and compassionate women. More importantly, the Homewatch CareGivers family helped to make my mothers life richer and more comfortable during a time of infirmity and many losses. My goal was to keep my mother at home during the last five years of her life, and this wonderful company helped to make that wish a reality! Outstanding outfit!For the past few years HomeWatch CareGivers of Louisville has been assisting my mom. First while she resided in an assisted living environment, and finally in a skilled nursing unit. Though I live 10 hours away and could only visit episodically, I felt very connected to her through the professional, involved, and caring ladies who assisted her. Additionally, during the many times I visited her, typically unannounced, the CareGiver on duty was switched on, knowledgeable, and ready to bring me up to speed. The owner was quite professional in carrying out admin. Additionally, since my mom had given permission for HomeWatch to discuss her situation with me, they kept me informed if something caught a CareGivers attention that I should know about.I enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone needing assistance.Andy Solgere
