My Pa recently passed away. I knew he meant a lot to many people. Today was his funeral. As people said their final goodbyes, I saw residents from Forest Hills. My heart bursted and I cried hard. To hear them say they would miss him, tore me to pieces. They lost a friend. My Pa had friends there. I know he had mixed feelings, but he enjoyed being at Forest Hills. They were good to him. For that, I'm forever grateful. Thank you for taking care of my Pa.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 is that they are still short on staffing. The staff they have are amazing. They do for mom what we no longer were able to do. They are knowledgeable about her condition. Most importantly they love her. Marie spends her own money to create an amazing atmosphere. They all go above and beyond for nit only the residents but their families as well.

My father is in the Memory Care Unit. This is where he needs to be. They are wonderful to him and he really loves the staff, especially Essie and Marie.

I came here to visit a friend. I felt at home when I walked in the door. The community feels warm and inviting. The food was delicious, and I got what I ordered within a reasonable time period. It was delicious! A wonderful visit.

After a year of diligent searching for a Memory Care Placement for my aunt, our family decided on Forrest Hills Commons when the time comes. Its an excellent unit, full of qualified, caring and compassionate staff, great food, lots of activities, outings, and fun. Residents live in well kept apartments and have lots of freedom in a safe, pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. I highly recommend FHC for its positive CARE program, family environment, and the peace of mind it offers to families knowing that your loved one will be well cared for. For my Aunt, we know its the most excellent Memory Care Placement available in the Louisville Market.

Jeffersontown is where I grew up and lived my entire life. I have been in healthcare over 15 years. I look forward to coming to work each day. Winding down my career in 10 - 15 years I want to complete it here. Personally I know many or our residents prior to their move which is very personal to me. Their children and I grew up with. My friends parents and this makes it very special to me. I want our residents to know it is family here and they will be taken care of like family. My goal is to see each and everyone has everything they need and want. Always count on our staff at Forest Hills Commons to fulfill your needs and call it home. We are here to wait and care for you.
