Where do I start? From the moment I walked in for a tour 9 months ago, Magnolia Springs has been such a welcoming, reliable, and stronghold for me and my parents. It has been a difficult journey but they have held our hands every step of the way. Walking through the doors, I am always greeted with a smile, from staff, and residents! I rest well knowing mom is living in a safe, enriching environment. She enjoys her daily exercise classes and the activities that James and Katie put together throughout the week. I have continued faith that she is in a supportive, safe environment surrounded by staff that genuinely care about their residents - and their families!

Welcome Home! My folks recently moved into Magnolia Springs Lexington(July 2026). It’s always challenging to start over again in a new home, in a new city, and a new state. Change is hard, especially when you’re in your nineties. I want to thank the entire team here at Magnolia Springs for making Mom & Dad feel welcome and helping them make connections with staff and other residents from day one. I’m particularly pleased with MSL’s Life Enrichment Team, led by James Collins. Jame’s has created a program of activities that has something for everyone. Mom loves that there is a Mahjong group to play with weekly. Both of my parents are participating in the daily exercise and stretching classes. There’s also cards, crafts, movies, paraffin hand wax, art classes. Volleyball in the lobby is great! Being serenaded by James (on acoustic guitar) while dipping your hands in paraffin wax is a real treat. Best of all, the leadership team & individual care givers here are kind, thoughtful and truly care about the residents. Long time employees appear to instill this ethic and camaraderie in new hires. We feel it every day. Their positive energy is contagious. In one month, we’ve made many new friends - which isn’t easy at 93 years old. We strongly recommend considering Magnolia Springs.

I came here because I could no longer live by myself at home. I have never regretted this decision. From recreation to culinary to maintenance to caregivers my needs are met. The administration is also good. Most importantly they let me bring my companion, my dog!

My mom is a resident in assisted living and she enjoys the hair salon, the food, the caregivers, and appreciates all the activity options which are numerous and voluntary. The staff is kind and helpful and she is happy it’s so conveniently located to her family and friends.

At first my mom was not sure about making the move to Magnolia Springs Lexington. Upon arriving, she felt very welcomed by the residents and staff. This is a beautiful community which offers a fantastic social environment. and active lifestyle. I took a tour of Magnolia Springs and just WOW!! It feels like you step into an entire town within the building. The apartments are spacious and very nice. If you are looking for a retirement community in the central Kentucky area this is the spot!

Where do I start?! The facility is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the food is delicious. They go above and beyond for their residents, providing the care, social interaction and mix of fun they all deserve and enjoy. Its like living on a cruise ship on land! I would highly recommend a tour and would feel extremely confident having any of my family live there. I'd move in now if they would lower the age a little!

Have an aging loved one who’s no longer able to take care of themselves? Check out magnolia springs! This place is so unique from their amenities, the food, activities and more. Every single person here cares and provides service as if all are a part of their family. I wish they would accept younger people as id move in here tomorrow. Lauren and her team are exceptional people that provide outstanding care in this unique facility. Give them a call!

Edited 12/2025 No longer recommend 2021 Review.Everyone at Magnolia Springs, was super helpful, made us feel like family was taking care of us. The residence is beautiful, inviting atmosphere, and very clean. Couldn't be more pleased and have such a peace of mind that my Dad and Mom are in a good place. Updated review. 12/2025 ..,Unfortunately, this review is not going to be as positive as our initial introduction to the community. As time has gone on, the staff has changed as well as ownership. I relocated my parents to a different care home because their needs changed, prior to that I noticed a decline in the level of care, interaction, stimulation, of the residence in the Memory Way unit. The new director was difficult to reach and talk to and I felt she was basically uninterested ,just filling a space, the new hands on nurses aids or caretakers were more interested in congregating by themselves ,being on their cell phones as opposed to engagement required with people with memory issues. Often times my father was dirty, his room smelled,And his mental state was quite depressed, which quickly changed when he got into a more engaged assistant living situation. I can no longer give a glowing review in regards to Magolia Springs, considering the price increases there is no reason for such a decline. No, I will no longer recommend Magolia Springs.

She is always kind and thoughtful and will stop what she is doing to greet me with a smile and say hello. In my experience, senior care is a complicated universe. All things considered, Magnolia Springs is an exceptional choice. The facility, staff, and atmosphere are very cheerful and accommodating. Staffing in this industry is very challenging, but I truly believed that the vast majority of folks interacting with my parents truly CARED about them - and that is not easy to find. Even when my parent's were struggling with their health, I knew that they were in good hands and they were happy there.

We are grateful to have our Mom at a community that truly cares about their residents and families. Mom just returned after a 2 1/2 month stay at a rehab facility. Lois and Tiffany were in constant contact and made multiple visits to offer assistance and support. Magnolia Springs is a beautiful facility where my parents get the care they need. The staff is always friendly and working hard to accommodate the guests that are staying there. There are always activities that the staff gets the guests to participate in, as well as outdoor trips. The guests get three well-prepared meals a day along with snacks and drinks throughout the day. I feel that Magnolia Springs is a wonderful place for my parents to feel secure and safe and get the activities they need to live a healthy lifestyle.

My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs Lexington for 3 years now. We are so glad that she landed here. The staff is very attentive and they put 100% of their efforts into making life easy and fun for the residents. This leads to an overall positive lifestyle for the residents. There is a lot to do on a daily basis and many opportunities for social interaction. The experience here has probably added years to my Mom’s life.

I recently toured the Magnolia Springs Memory Care Unit. Upon arrival I was greeted and signed in and met with the Director of Community Relations. The Director of the Facility reached out to introduce herself also. Tiffany provided an enormous amount of information, everything I could possible want to know in order to make an educated decision about care for my Mother. The facility is beautiful and well kept. Upon entering the Memory Care Unit, staff greeted me and also greeted each resident they came in contact with, calling each by name. This facility is obviously skilled at caring for their residents. I feel the facility is safe and you could tell the residents felt safe being there. I'm very appreciative of the time Tiffany spent with me and I can now make an educated decision for care. When I left the facility, the Director came over to me again and thanked me for touring MS. This is definitely a five star facility.

My mom was a resident in Memory Way at Magnolia Springs. Unfortunately, she recently passed away due to complications from Alzheimer’s. I cannot thank the administrators and staff enough for the excellent care my mother received. The communication from everyone at Magnolia Springs was honest, timely, transparent, and given with care and respect. I can say the staff truly cared about my mom, especially Langdon. He is a prize. Thanks again Magnolia Springs, you made a difficult year much better.
