This is a great Nursing home. My father was a resident there for a little over two years until till his passing. The staff there took such incredible care of him. The staff is so friendly, caring and respectful to all the residents. Joe the administrator was great. He was so accommodating to my father's wishes and needs. From the front desk to house keeping the staff makes you feel like family. Scott the Director of Culinary Services and his staff are hands down the best. Scott many times went above and beyond for my father. Words can't describe how grateful my family and I are for the way the staff treated and took care of my father.

This is the best facility in Northern Kentucky! My mother in law, Sally, has been moved around from rehab hospitals and assisted living facilities for various reasons. We are so happy she has ended up at Magnolia Springs. They are beyond professional and caring. We cant express how happy we are to have her living there. It starts with Michelle at the front desk, she is truly one of the nicest people you have ever met. Its so refreshing to have such a happy nice person answer the phone when you call or greet you at the door if you are visiting. The Executive Director, Renee, went out of her way to make sure my Sally knew that she was welcomed into the Magnolia Family. Renee is very creative and caring and does a wonderful job making sure the residents feel comfortable. We cant thank Dorothy, the head nurse, enough for everything she does. She makes sure Sally gets the correct meds at the correct times. She helps her when she isnt feeling well and most importantly, Dorothy communicates with our family. She has texted us after hours and on the weekend to let us know how Sally is doing. That was so comforting when we couldnt visit Sally because of Covid. I would also like to comment on the bookkeeper, Grace. She does a great job on billing. She is organized and very easy to work with when setting up the billing and payment process. She is very nice to work with. Another great employee is Joe! He helps all the residents with anything they need fixed, hung up or connected. Sally loves him because he has had to help her with a lot of electronics as well as hanging pictures. He has a lot of patience and I get the feeling he loves his job. One really crucial element to their success is the good food. The chef is incredible! Sally loves it and before Covid she was able to have guest eat with her in the dining room. I had the salmon and it was wonderful. Lastly, I just want to say that every employee I have ever come into contact with has been very professional and nice! Sally loves her apartment and feels safe in her surroundings. If you want your parent to be in the best place possible, Magnolia Springs is the best! Some people refer to it as a Cruise Ship on Land!

Even before moving in it has been a pleasure working with Sheena to make my dads move from Arizona very smooth. He has now been living here over a year and WOW what a wonderful place this is. Dad can be very opinionated and has never complained once about living here. The restaurant style dinning room is very nice and always have very nice servers, cooks. All the ladies who take care of dad have been great. I highly recommend this facility. Plenty of things to do during the day to keep them entertained. Go check this place out you!!!

We had a fabulous experience at Magnolia where my husband stayed in Memory Way for 3 months due to a decline with his Neuro disease during Covid restrictions and not being able to receive treatments at home. After that time, he was back to baseline because of the amazing care and compassion of the staff. The Director, Melissa Lake played an amazing role in his overall wellness and the regular communication and troubleshooting and action steps is top notch. Melissa and her wonderful caregivers and aids and Chef Brian became family. Although Covid restrictions were a challenge, they handle this with extreme care for their residents. We would definitely use the services again if needed and would highly recommend. Renee and Grace and Sara were also so wonderful to work with during the process. Michelle, at the front desk is always so upbeat, helpful, welcoming and professional. I briefly met Dorothy when considering a move to Assisted Living and she was so very friendly and helpful with that decision, too. I am forgetting some names but basically had a wonderful experience at Magnolia with everyone we encountered throughout the 3 months. Thank you for making a challenging situation more manageable! God Bless you all for what you do for others!

2 years ago I was looking for a place for my mom to call home. I had visited a few before we came to Magnolia Springs. Right away I was at ease. The community and the staff were wonderful. I got my mom an apartment right away. After awhile of visiting my mom there I loved it so much I applied for a job and I now work there. My mom is very happy and well taken care of. They treat the residents like family. I cant say enough on how helpful the directors have been for me. Its not an easy task on a daughter to care for a parent with dementia but they have been with me every step of the way. It is a safe,nourshing and loving enviroment and Im so glad my mom is here.

Excellent facility that provides individualized assistance to meet unique needs. Residents are provided, exercise, wellness and a wide range of entertainment options. Administration and staff are respectful, caring and accommodating. Lovely decor which makes for a homey feel throughout the building. Apartments are quiet and a good size. My Father-in- law moved in 10 days ago. We are so happy he is here. The facility is very well kept up and offers many different places to visit with your loved ones outside the room for larger groups, or just a change of scenery. There are many activities offered for the residents to choose from all day long. The food is delicious too! Most importantly, the people that work here have been amazing! They are so welcoming, accommodating, and work very hard to make new residents feel at home. Im impressed how many workers know Dads name and stop to visit with him already. They have worked so hard for this new adjustment in all our lives to go as smoothly as possible.

Started working at Magnolia Springs as the Culinary Services Director in December of last year. I am so blessed to be part of an amazing community. We have a beautiful restaurant, 50s dinner, several sun rooms, Bar, and so many other common areas for our residents. All staff care and do whatever they can to help our residents. It feels like family where ever I go in our community. I been cooking for a long time and we do a great mix from Italian, French, Mexican, and American foods. Yes and a lot of good Home cooking like mom use to make. If you are looking for a safe and friendly place this is number 1 in my book.

In Nov of 2019, I moved my aging parents into Magnolia Springs Florence. In the beginning, they were unhappy about moving away from their forever home but as soon as they got settled in (in the first week), they were happy and comfy. The facility is clean and roomy. The staff is caring, fast and competent. There are plenty of daily activities and their food is great. I looked around a LOT before I made my decision where to place my parents ... so happy that I selected Magnolia Springs! … also love the My Family Channel services! ... my parents have their own personal TV channel dedicated to all the texts and pictures that I (and other family, friends) send to them.

Dad moved into Magnolia Springs in the middle of July. He is in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is a very good size with room for quite a bit of his furniture to make it as much like home as possible. I am constantly surprised at the staff and how friendly they are and everybody knows dads name. The dining room serves good food and offers a good variety.I am very pleased with this facility.

Magnolia Springs is a wonderful facility!! From the first time I toured Magnolia Springs a year ago, until today, the friendly staff has always treated me like family!! The cleanliness of the facility, the awesome staff and the wonderful people in dining room are all awesome in their own way!! My mother has loved living here since the day she moved in, Magnolia Springs has entertainment for everyone all day long, the tenants can do as much or as little as they want to do, there are card games, board games, exercise classes, not to mention they even offer a movie in their theater for whom ever would like to watch!! I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Springs, the facility is very clean and the staff is awesome!! I definitely do not have any regrets moving my mother in this facility!! TOP NOTCH FACILITY, schedule a tour and you will be impressed and I am sure you will be the next person writing a review about how wonderful Magnolia Springs is!!
