I was extremely impressed with attention to detail and level of genuine concern the staff inspirations provided our family. I have a friend who resides at Elmcroft that I visit frequently. Elmcroft is now only a beautiful and inviting place, but the staff is amazing. They are always saying hello and are very welcome. I feel like family there. I see first hands how well Elmcroft takes care of my friend who lives there and it amazes me how hard they work and how kind they are. Highly recommend Elmcroft of Florence, KY!

Elmcroft Florence is one of the best places Ive worked at! We have a great team that works together to create a loving, caring, and friendly atmosphere, in which the residents are able to thrive in. The executive director of the building has also helped to create a fun, but hard working atmosphere to help keep the residents safe and while allowing them to also have fun! I couldnt ask for a better team to work with because I feel that everyone brings a lot of positive energy, which in return relays onto our residents.

My good friend just celebrated a BIG birthday at Elmcroft of Florence. I was really impressed with the community and the staff! The party for her was beautiful! The staff was attentive and friendly, the venue was beautiful. I have been in many communities and this one is certainly one of the best in Northern Ky! To the Activities Director and Marketing Director as well as all the staff, THANK YOU! They even had the Mayor of Florence proclaim her birthday as (My Friends Name) Day . it really meant a lot to everyone. Kudos to all, great place! I will certainly pass this communitys name on to those I know.

My grandparents resided at the Elmcroft and our experiences with the team was nothing short of outstanding. I cant imagine trying to keep all of those mature adults happy, but they did it and do it each and every day. We celebrate you all! My only wish is that they would not feed so much food. They are old and how much can a person really consume? My grandfather started showing a little pouch belly, but he was happy, so what cAn I say?

Elmcroft of Florence is a great place to work! I have seen the caring, love and support the staff has for the residents and all the extra touches they provide. These let the residents know they are cared for and their needs and wishes met. It is really upsetting to see reviews by disgruntled employees because it doesnt convey the true spirit and love this community has among the staff, residents and families. I love it here and I recommend it every chance I get!

I was a volunteer at Elmcroft of Florence and really loved it, from helping call the Bingo to getting the old people up and exercising, it was a blast. My own familys health crisis prevents me from continuing but I sure wish I could. The employees were always thanking me for my help, even if it was just an hour or two, youd think I was aVIP. So my take on volunteering is you get more than you give, so if youre reading this, pay it forward and give of yourself.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! My mother lived at Elmcroft for almost 4 years before she passed away. Everyone there treated her like a queen! Her apartment was lovely and sunny and spacious. The food is amazing. The staff is also amazing. When we went to tell the director and staff that she had to go into Hospice at a nursing home, everyone we talked to hugged us and some even cried with us. If you are looking for a safe and loving place for yourself or a family member, I can definitely recommend Elmcroft.

My great aunt, Virginia N. lived at the Elmcroft in Florence Kentucky. As she declined, the outpouring of caring from the girls that worked there was amazing. From the janitors to the waitresses to the people that helped her with a shower, everybody was so darn nice! After she passed the whole place just hugged everyone of us like we were family. I just am so happy that she was there, for her and us.
