I will no even give this facility one star. My mother was treated horribly by their assistant director. She made the entire situation a terrible experience for my entire family. Calling an ambulance and sending my mother to the ER with out contacting us, the ER having to contact us! Constantly belittling my mother. They lost her glasses, her partial plate, and her phone and DID NOT replace any of it! We would go in unannounced and there would be days in her medication planner that were not given. Most of the employees were great, but Admin, was horrible! My mothers clothes were lost, and she had clothes that belonged to other residents. It was an overall awful experience!! I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone, EVER!

My mother is doing better since her move to this community. I do feel she is safe, and receiving great care. They have a good staff at this community. They have been friendly,and helpful. They have nice meals, and good activities offered for the residents. Everything is working out well, and this is a community I would recommend.

I have been visiting my sister-in-law at Bluegrass Assisted Living Facility for about 2 years now each week. The facility has always been immaculately clean. The staff that I've had the opportunity to meet have all been friendly and patient, nurturing with the residents. I've eaten in their dining facility on special occasions several times and the food was always nutritious and delicious. I've also eaten there when there wasn't something special going on and the food was equally as good. My sister-in-law has a corner studio apartment, complete with bath, kitchenette, large closet, completely private, and she is quite happy there.
