A beautiful property with an even more wonderful staff. Twin Lakes is definitely a hidden gem, on a beautiful lake, in the heart of riverside with 5 pools and all the amenities you could ever ask for. Samantha is a wonderful manager and takes great care of her property and tenants. I recommend Twin Lakes to everyone!

Samantha and her team are just the best. They do something many property teams fail to do, communicate! They always reach out if something is going wrong and help work with me to fix the issue. The staff there is always welcoming and eager to assist with any needs you may have. Dean and the maintenance team care about the quality of their products and the work they do. I would recommend this property to anyone solely based on the effort of the people running this community.

Love being here on the lake and pool side. Its so relaxing with peaceful. Saw a beaver last night, also have baby geese and ducks and lots of squirrels playing. There is not a more beautiful place to be in Wichita than right here.

Wonderful lakefront 2 Br apartment is perfect for a 70 yr old retired professional woman. They welcomed my 2 wee dogs with open arms. There is lovely mature landscaping! I love my final home!

Resort living in the city. Management and Staff are raising the bar on standards and prove they care! Go on a lake vacation every night after work right outside your own door. I have never seen a better run property nor Staff.

I like the fact that this is an adult only peaceful environment. The community is very friendly. After 2-1, 2 years, I see everyone is still here to help one another. The property is kept up and the staff is so polite and respectful.

Hidden gem. Want to feel like youre on vacation all the time? Love nature, peaceful waterfalls and walking trails? Want to live where Neighbors actually greet you, watch out for You? Fish, paddleboat, pontoons, saltwater pools and the incredible landscape is like paradise! If this sounds good.. this peaceful quiet place is your destination! Add in its gated and has security ! I feel spoiled!Drink your coffee watching swans swim on the lake!! What a great way to start your day!!

I made the right choice moving here several years ago. Its been so enjoyable for me, very relaxing and peaceful with the lake and the quiet. What a wonderful place to retire! I dont plan on moving again. Twin Lakes has become my home and I love it!
