In my personal experience, Avita Assisted Living Rolling Hills did not provide the consistent, compassionate care I had hoped for my mother. Staffing was unreliable, often depending on agency employees who didn’t know residents, and administration didn’t seem connected to those they were serving. Families were left with unclear or sometimes misleading expectations about the care provided, and even simple things like keeping visitor parking open were overlooked. It was also troubling that administration was only on site Monday–Friday from 9–4, leaving no coverage for needs outside that window. My mother is no longer at this facility, but my heart goes out to those who remain, and I share my experience so families can make thoughtful, informed
