My mom lived at Premier Living for years. We never had a bad experience. She lived there through the pandemic and Premier did an excellent job of keeping us informed and keeping her safe. It’s terrible that an obviously disgruntled employee would try so hard to tarnish their name with the previous review. Call and talk with Brandi and check it out for yourself. We had a wonderful experience!

I would advise any family member to please please STAY AWAY from premier living by warden!!!! The owner is never there but when you do a tour with Brandi of the houses she will make it seem fabulous and we the cnas and cmas have to put on our fake smiles even tho we feel deeply saddened that you might be considering putting a family member at premier living. We are instructed to favor certain residents and if we don’t we get fired. Some families are told they cannot take their loved ones on an outing ( like out to eat or to see family) but other residents families can take there loved ones and can go out and go anywhere. It’s where the moneys at and the favoritism. The nurses name is Christy she is the worst nurse and anybody would agree. Your loved one could have a uti and the doctors need a urine sample but Christy is so lazy it will take months before she will okay the cnas and or cmas to get it. Also your loved one could be bat shit crazy and doing awful but when you call we are required to tell you that they are amazing and healthy etc. Basically your loved one will eat, then be toileted, then sat in a recliner all day with a 15 minute boring activity in the middle that they don’t wanna do but we have to do so we can take a cute picture that makes them look like there enjoying it so we can send it to the families and act like they really like living here. The cnas and cmas treat your loved ones great but the nurses don’t care and give you so many duties you don’t even have time to do anything.
