Our mother was only at Oakley Place for about 7 weeks. Unfortunately, our mother passed away on May 2nd. The care mom received was outstanding. The entire staff was very compassionate with our mother and also with other residents. Our mother loved Oakley Place. I love working at Oakley Place! I love the environment there for the residents, and that everyone there loves what they do. The connections that are made in assisting aging in place individuals is amazing. This is a great family friendly place and the fact they specialize in memory care and behavior management is amazing!

I have worked for Oakley place for 6 years. I joined the team June of 2016, and I absolutely love it. The environment is so homey and comfortable. Work load can be crazy some days, but we always have a good time. I love my OP family!!

Oakley Place is an amazing place to work at. The resident to staff numbers gives us time to spend with the residents one on one. The support system that is in place for staff to help us take better care of our residents is one of a kind.

I have seen a lot of assistant living places I have also worked in a lot of them as well. At Oakley place the staff is very nice and respectful, they do there job and more the way they carry themselves is great. The residence are well taking care of very clean. All there needs are meet. The place doesn't look like assistant living it looks like a home it doesn't smell at all it's very clean. And the environment is very positive I have never worked for a place that doesn't have drama or the staff talking about each other etc but working here at Oakley place I have came to see that you can work in a positive healthy environment with staff members that speak highly of each other and help each other to improve better ways of doing their job then what they are used to. They want to help you succeed in life instead of failing life I would recommend Oakley place to anyone.
