Arbor Court provides a quaint community feel. Overall, it has provided a good experience for my relative who lives there. However, I am posting on their behalf to mention that the food choices and quality have declined quite steadily over the last few years to the point where it is not acceptable for the cost. Most food now appears to be precooked and reheated. Also, the food quantity has been greatly reduced and they are often out of some items. It is sad because the staff is nice and it is nice community but foodservice needs to be improved.

My Mother lived here for 2 years and she hated to leave and still wants to move back. She loved living here. The food is great, the staff is great and we miss you all.

Both Linda and Andrea are very polite and caring. You can tell they have worked with seniors for many years.They seem to be very familiar with seniors and always seem to know how to respond to very questions and situations.The personnel they hire appear to have what it takes to fill various positions.Our seniors seem to understand why they have had to quarantine and the reasons for new directives.

My Grandma lives here, this community is great! They do several activities throughout the month with their residents. They have family dinners a few times a year. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to my family and friends!

Both my father and my mother have been a resident at different times in Arbor Court. In both cases the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The staff at Arbor Court has always been very friendly and helpful. It is my opinion that they go above and beyond what is required to ensure that my parents are safe and happy. I highly recommend this facilityThe following are just some of the reasons I like Arbor Court.Safety for the residents is a main concern of Arbor Court. Each apartment opens to a large commons area rather than an outside door and all apartment doors are visible. If a resident does not come to the dining room for breakfast, a staff member is checking to see if they are okay. A staff member goes around to each apartment in the evening to ensure the residents door is lockedAlso, Arbor Court strives to help the residents stay engaged as a community by offering activities like chair exercise classes, balloon volleyball, bingo, etc. Speakers, singers, musicians, etc. are also planned for entertainment.

Had a tour and met some of the staff there. Very nice place-clean and smelled great (I think they were making cookies). The staff was very nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people who lived there.
