We just started using Comfort Keepers, they do a great job. My mother really enjoys A.J.'s company and we feel that everything is under control when we get out of town for a bit.

I have been a Caregiver with Comfort Keepers for over 5 years. I love my clients and I feel that they look forward to my visits each week. You would be surprised what a kind word, smile or a light touch can do for some that feel that they no longer are needed. For those that can still communicate, they love to talk about their life and let me tell you, they have very interesting lives. Patience and understanding can go a long way when caring for the elderly. They will want you back. The staff at Comfort Keepers are very kind and go out of their way to assist you in anything you need. I recommend Comfort Keepers to any family that needs in home care for their elderly. We have had Comfort Keepers service for a few years now for my dad. Our current caregiver Mary is outstanding (5 Stars for her) she is very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting in the care of my dad. She also helps with encouraging him to do things like drinking water (which he doesn't like to do). Mary is always eager and willing to help so I have some time without having to worry about dad. I only clicked 4 stars and was being generous with that because the communication with the office could use some work. Heather B is awesome with communication and finding Mary for dad. Heather is the only one it seems like when she says she will call back actually does and is willing to help with any concerns.

The caregivers were AWESOME! they were courteous, respectful and very helpful. I had 3 different ones and they were all GREAT their names were: (Betty, Paulette, and Tatyana).

Comfort Keepers was a lifesaver when we needed help with my mom. I found them to be accommodating, and a true blessing in time of need. What I am not pleased with is.. the communication, professional, and addressing concerns. Since my mom is doing better. Any concerns that I raised, were completely dismissed, and I was told my mom is in charge of decisions and schedule changes. This is surprising, since I was the one that arranged the care. Very disappointed in the way things have been handled, especially business practices with seniors and family.

We could not be happier with Comfort Keepers and Kevin, the care-taker they matched for my 93-year old father-in-law. He needed help with showering and now we have confidence and relief that his needs are being met. Comfort Keepers communicated well with all of the information and making the arrangements. Kevin is not only professional, but very personable and that makes it easy for him being in our house. He goes above and beyond by doing laundry, making the bed, and taking care of anything we might need. Thanks to them we have one less concern. Comfort Keepers stays in touch and cares.

I have not been with this agency very long maybe about 4 months and I have been very disappointed. We have seen over 15 caregivers in this short amount of time. So many call ins and unreliable care givers also a lot of new caregivers which I asked about before choosing this agency. I have only saw a few that seem like they actually understand Alzheimer's patients. So many caregivers that just come and sit down and watch TV instead of doing the chores laid out making it seem like we just have expensive adult sitters. My family and I are so frustrated at this time I'm just trying to figure out what to do. I don't know who I can actually speak to about my concerns either because the office staff I do talk to are nice but not resolving the issues to my family's satisfaction. I would love to speak to the actual owner at this point. I feel so let down and I feel so bad for my Mom to continue to have to see so many faces and not understand what's going on and to feel uncomfortable with some.

Very good, very professional care givers. Just wish they had more depth to fill in when a regular care giver must be off.
