This was my very first experience with rehab and I was very pleased with the care that I received all the nurses at the AIDS the staff were very kind and guided me through my complete dependency on everything that I couldn't do, to being able to walk out with the Walker and be home again. Therapy was outstanding. Food was good!

I don't recommend anyone go to Rock Creek for any care. My Aunt was there for therapy. She was left in her Wheelchair and then fell on her Head and died soon after. SAD

Rock Creek is an amazing place to get rehabilitation and or live in long term. The team is great with the residents and we have amazing food that comes from our team in the kitchen.

I have been using outpatient therapy services from Rock Creek for several weeks following a knee replacement and am so glad that this is the path I chose. From the initial call to set up services to the ongoing therapy sessions the staff has been attentive, professional and easy to work with. I have been especially pleased and impressed with the level of knowledge my PT brings to each session and her ability to adapt the goals of therapy to my individual needs. I highly recommend considering Rock Creek therapy services.

Rock Creek of Ottawa is the place to be!! The Administrator is a local gal that loves and knows the community - she knew how to take care of my loved one! The nursing staff was very attentive and the therapy team is amazing! My Mom wheeled in and walked out thanks to the therapy team. Ali, the Director of Rehab, is so easy to talk to and always went above and beyond for my Mom.

I have worked with RockCreek of Ottawa for over two years. The main thing taht comes to mind is their passion and compassion for people. THIS FACILITY IS ALL ABOUT FAMILY! The administrative staff are all on the same page in regards to providing a homelike, loving community. The walls are decorated with country style living and the environment is just beautiful. Residents are treayed with the utmost of care and dignity. If my mom had to go to the nursing home - this would be the place!

I am very impressed with the aids who come to answer my light every time I turn it on and there are a few exceptional AIDS who see me when Ive received bad news or I just have a lot on my mind and they stop what theyre doing a focus on my needs. I know that these aids have their own lives but the few that go out of their way to make my life and the lives of every person on the hall better, I give a great big thank you from my heart because they do care about us. I cant remember all their names but you know who you are thank you!!!
