Great place to work. I worked for two years PRN as a Resident Aide at Benton House of Lenexa. The staff works hard to provide the best care to their residents. It is truly evident the love the employees share for the residents. It is a family at the Benton House in which I was proud to be a part of. As for the management, they work hard to make Benton House a better place each day. The management made it easy to bring areas of concern to their attention to have them resolved in the best manner possible. I would recommend the Benton House to any of my family members. I hope this post helps shed some light on any questions someone may have regarding the Benton House.

Benton House of Lenexa is phenomenal! My mother lived there for 2 1/2 years both in Assisted Living and Memory Care. She recently passed away, but the loving care she received was beautiful. The staff cried when she died. We will be forever grateful that she spent peaceful last days at Benton House.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring, and compassionate staff at this facility! They have far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of care, establishing a trust relationship with my mother, and providing a loving, safe, clean, and beautiful environment. My mother, who never trusted anyone, sees her care staff as family. This has been such a blessing for her and for my whole family!

I want to thank the Director (Carol T.) and staff for being pro-active with the care of the residents during the recent flu outbreak. They were placed under quarantine (requested to remain in their apartments) and continued to receive excellent care by having meals, medication, etc delivered directly to their room at no extra charge. Everyone was well cared for by the loving staff who attends to all of their needs. My parents have been fortunate to avoid the virus because of the precautionary measures taken, for this I am very grateful. Lisa W.
