My mom lived at Sunrise of Leawood for just shy of one year. She recently passed away. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care she received there. The staff is dedicated and attentive, and I always felt that she was in good hands when I could not be there. She enjoyed the activities, made many friends, and the food was great. There is no perfect place for your parents, and you have to remain vigilant in their care, but after having my parents at two other facilities in the area, I can confidently say that this one was the best by far.

Sunrise of Leawood Kansas is a Beautiful place for your loved one's! It's very clean and has a upscale homey feel. The staff and management have been easy to work. Overall a great experience for my Father and our family.

If you are ready to move your loved one into a senior community, Sunrise of Leawood is a wise choice. The staff is wonderful and the facility is beautiful. My mother feels safe and she is very happy. Worked here for 3 yrs in total as a CNA and CMA. I cant say one bad thing about this place. Not. One. Thing. If you have a loved one that is thinking about living in a senior facility, look no further. You will get the best care available. I no longer work at this location but Im confident the expectations we hold at Sunrise will stay and never leave. We strive for making you FEEL at home. The feeling is what you will notice is the deciding factor when picking a senior facility and Sunrise FEELS like home.

My spouse is very happy with his apartment at Sunrise of Leawood. The staff works extremely hard at caring for and entertaining the residents. It is a joy to visit the community and to see how content the residents are. Activities are planned for all day seven days a week. My spouse is pleased with the meals and the caregivers. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone needing a warm inviting place for a loved one.

Today I had a interview at this facility. And I loved how clean and beautiful it was on the inside. I met the director Devin and he was the most nicest person, while I was waiting to do some paperwork he asked me would I like to have a bowl of soup? I felt kinda special. Out of all the years and places I've worked no one has ever done that before, and he kindly escorted me to the staff lounge. And the Staffing coordinator Ms. Dorcas was so nice and polite and very professional. I am excited about being a part of the Sunrise team. I feel this will be a great place for me.
