A couple Cool things is that each floor has a garbage shoot so there's no going outside in the hot or cold. Just walk around the corner and toss it down the shoot. The shower, at least in my 2bedroom is badass. A double hose and a huge area with a built in seat. Finally, each floor has it's own laundry room which they are in the process of replacing the old fashioned machines with rocket-clean machines.
