Some minor things need to be done. Manager is great, very knowledgeable about the tons of paperwork needed to live here. The company that provides washers and dryers apparently do not care if all the equipment is working.

I have lived here 9 years. SINCE NEW OWNERS AND Monroe Group took over it has improved immensely. Total renovations to the whole place. A good place to live

Its Very Clean . They are doing repairs on the place Long time needing. Putting in Snack machine,s .Sitting Bench outside. And other things. Its Close to Store they have a Bus that Runs for the Elderly. And next to a Church. Great place to Live. As Long as the Riff Raff. Stay,s out. And they have Alot other things to do there.

I don,t usually review these type of facilities but I think this one deserves a good rating. If you are moving their or is having someone move their. It is a reduced rate rent property. It is in a safe neighborhood, Tiblow transit will take you any where in Bonner Springs ($2.00) parts of KCK ($5.00). The residents appear to associate with each other be it in the main lobby or outside. Hope this helps if you are looking for a cheap safe place to live.
