October 19, 2024. Several people here are disgusted with CSC laundry service machines. They are old, do not wash well and the detergent cups and inside that area are moldy and rusty. I have contacted CSC with photos which I don't want to post yet. I also contacted our Manager with the same email. Too many here are physically unable to to go elsewhere to wash. Some do pay the extra money to run the washer empty hopefully to get it cleaned out. March 5, 2024. After 3 attempts our maintenance man has solved the refrigerator leaking. One cockroach infested apartment is going to be empty. Now I find out my nextdoor apartment is also infested . I will simply keep spraying every week. I must say also the elevators need a good cleaning. We had a lady come 2 or 3 times and she never returned. I've been here 3 years. January 1, 2024 A new year with even more cockroach problems. This is Cockroach Manor,!!! The only reason I don't have an apartment infestation is because I spray myself 2 times a week!! August 1, 2023 I have a refrigerator that constantly drips water inside the refrigerator right beside the light. This is apparently a widespread problem because the appliance is likely the cheapest one available. Our maintenance man has chipped out ice and tried to fix this. It lasts about a week and then it starts again. My freezer thaws and refreezes the food which causes food to go bad. Maintenance man is going to try to get a new refrigerator. This can't be fixed. July 20, 2023 Management has exterminated the entire building. I have stopped seeing roaches. The neighbor has returned. She had me come in her apartment. She had potato chips all over the floor she doesn't know how to clean her apartment. The problem will come back if that continues. June 18, 2023 Since the neighbor moved out and her daughter cleaned the roaches are running into other apartments, including mine. I vacuumed dead and live roaches from the hallway. They're coming under the door and into the walls. I am not happy June 4,2023 Cockroach problem from my neighbors apartment. It's so bad they're coming out to the hallway! Will update after the problem has been addressed April 1, 2022 Some minor things need to be done. Manager is great, very knowledgeable about the tons of paperwork needed to live here. The company that provides washers and dryers apparently do not care if all the equipment is working.

I have lived here 9 years. SINCE NEW OWNERS AND Monroe Group took over it has improved immensely. Total renovations to the whole place. A good place to live

Its Very Clean . They are doing repairs on the place Long time needing. Putting in Snack machine,s .Sitting Bench outside. And other things. Its Close to Store they have a Bus that Runs for the Elderly. And next to a Church. Great place to Live. As Long as the Riff Raff. Stay,s out. And they have Alot other things to do there.

I don,t usually review these type of facilities but I think this one deserves a good rating. If you are moving their or is having someone move their. It is a reduced rate rent property. It is in a safe neighborhood, Tiblow transit will take you any where in Bonner Springs ($2.00) parts of KCK ($5.00). The residents appear to associate with each other be it in the main lobby or outside. Hope this helps if you are looking for a cheap safe place to live.
