I first became familiar with Grand Brook through Mark, whom is a pillar of the Zionsville community. The more time I spent getting to know the team and seeing how they interacted with residents was refreshing. The culture inside the community was unlike any I had ever seen, and inspired me to dig deeper into my role in serving individuals with cognitive impairment. Grand Brook is a community you can feel confident your loved one will receive exceptional care, but more than that, be loved.

Grand Brook of Zionsville has an EXCEPTIONAL team to make sure your loved one is well taken care of! From the very start in admissions (Mark) to Sherry (Executive Director) they are "on it" and strive to keep this a thriving community to live in. Karletta (Director of Nursing) knows each and every resident and sees to it that each individual gets "second to none" compassionate care. Sadly, you don't see this at every facility these days. The facility is absolutely gorgeous with an "open" concept common area. Residents can even enjoy going outside on nice days in their little secured garden/patio area with chairs and tables to soak in the sunshine (located in the middle of the facility). I would have absolutely no hesitation having one of my family members live in this delightful community and would recommend to anyone searching out there:)

I am a nurse and I was caring for my father at home for 2 years when I realized he needed more attention and structure than I was able to provide. I was lucky enough to meet with the leaders at Grand Brook and I decided they were able and excited to take care of my dad. So, I put him in Grand Brook for respite care for a couple weeks. When I went to pick him up I was astounded at the difference in his demeanor. He was smiling, active, participating in activities and eating 3 yummy meals a day. The staff, the environment, the mission to care for every resident in the way they felt respected and cared for. The level of care is unparalleled in my opinion. I love their attention to excellence. Thanks for making the hardest decision of my life feel like its the best decision I couldve made for my dad

What a wonderful New Memory Care in the Zionsville area. This beautiful new building is dedicated to Memory Care residents and their families. Such a friendly dedicated team to manage the care of the Residents. All meals are made to order in front of the Resident, all apartments are one bedroom, spacious. Bold bright colors all around to keep your loved one engaged in their day. One level pricing is outstanding, so no unexpected bills, Doctor in the building with visits weekly if needed, Physical Therpay in the building as well. I would like to thank the professionalism of Patric, Mark and the Nursing Manager Santos.

Excellent new facility with wonderful and very professional staff. Beautifully landscaped courtyard with t.v. lounge area which is always accessible by all residnts. Very accomodating in handling move-in for family member.
