I would 100% recommend this nursing home to everyone I knew that is looking for a good one for their loved ones! I had some great experiences with the memory care unit at Yorktown Manor. The staff truly go above and beyond to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, always treating residents with dignity and respect while taking the time to understand their individual needs and preferences. One staff member who really stood out is Ashlynne, she is absolutely amazing, showing incredible kindness, patience, and genuine compassion in everything she does, and constantly going the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and valued.

We attended the Easter egg hunt and it was by and far one of the better ones we’ve attended. Great prizes, lots of eggs, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The Easter bunny was even there!!

Yay! Yorktown Manor is not just a facility- it is a family! Many employees have been there for a long time- a true reflection of dedication and commitment to enhancing our residents lives! The Serenity Springs Unit is outstanding- Ashlynne Wilson does an amazing job! The attention and compassion she gives to each resident daily is like a relative Our Therapy department has helped many rehab to home - (Lora and Mariah- ) they both so rock! We have many residents continue to come back for outpatient therapy and sometimes just to visit! So fun!! Plus- Activities department is pretty festive too! We are also lucky to have an awesome Administrator Jennifer Bailey that supports and helps all departments! Yay!

The staff activities at Yorktown Manor are so unique, engaging and fun! My father who passed in 2020, was in a different facility out of state. The activities there were very generic and it was clear they didn't want to put much thought into trying new things. My Dad lost interest in participating unfortunately. I love following YM's Facebook page to see what wild and crazy activities the staff has come up with -the residents always have big smiles on their faces!

This is a wonderful facility with caring staff, the memory care is always a joy to visit. The ladies are happy, very well taken care of. The unit coordinator has a heart of gold, you can tell the compassion the staff has in this building.
