My mom, Barbara Shearer, is currently in the health care wing. She started out in the Rehab wing. So, she has lost 1 sky blue sweater while in the Rehab and now her gray NorthupKing Seed hooded sweatshirt. This is totally unacceptable. The blue sweater was a gift from my sister and sweatshirt left over from my Dad as NorthupKing Seeds is no longer. Now, if someone in laundry needs a coat, I have many that I can give them but gosh darn FIND THOSE LAUNDRY PIECES AND GIVE THEM BACK!!!!!!!!! They didn't need to be washed to begin with and if long term borrowing was your intention it is unacceptable.

Grace Village Retirement Community is truly a gem! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and well-maintained the entire campus is — peaceful walking paths, lovely landscaping, and welcoming common areas that immediately make you feel at home. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone I encountered had a warm smile and was eager to assist. A special shoutout to Jessica, the marketer who gave me the tour — she was fantastic! Jessica was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the community. She answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and believes in the mission of Grace Village.

MY MOTHER WAS IN THERE, THE STAFF WAS VERY SLOW AND RUDE! SHE HAS 2 ELBOW AND 1 HAND INJURIES FROM THE STAFF NOT WATCHING WHAT THEY WAS DOING WHILE THEY WAS PUSHING HER IN THE ROOM!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
