The orientation process at Westminister Village was amazing. They really take their time to get to know you as a person and to make sure that you're understanding how everything works and what to expect when you're working whether that be with coworkers in the same area as you or coworkers in a different area.

Westminster is such a great facility to enjoy happiness, healthiness and life. My mother has worked at this facility for 35 years, my siblings and I have grown up with the community who graciously work here and the individuals who live here. The events and atmosphere of this community is incredibly enjoyable. My children have grown up going to the Halloween, Easter and summer bashes that Westminster holds for their employees and retirees. The individuals who live here also love to see the smiling faces of the younger generations. I would recommend Westminster village to anyone looking for a retirement community to move to as well as referring individuals to work here. Where to start, I worked here part time forever and now I'm back at my other job full time so I only get to visit now. I miss the community and the staff so much.
