I wanted to write a review of West Lafayette Senior Living and especially the director Kristie Cottrell. There are people in this world who look outside themselves to help others, to give them dignity and a better life. Kristie is one of those people. She has helped to create an environment at West Lafayette Senior Living where my loved one has thrived and felt as accepted as family. She has led by example that all are important, and each life is to be cherished. It is people like her that have given me peace of mind when I think of my sibling there at WLSL. Job well done Kristie and please keep up the good work. We need more caring people like you in the world.

I am a current resident at West Lafayette Assisted Living. I have been here for a year and absolutely love the staff. The food is absolutely delicious. When my daughter passed away the staff was so supportive they helped me in everyway.

I want to give a shout out to West Lafayette Assisted Living. Every time my family and I have visited the building it is clean and welcoming. I always see residents happy, enjoying the food, playing many games, and live karaoke entertainment. We love seeing the residents sing. Holiday Brunches are amazing and the staff are always friendly. Thank you for all the great memories.

We had been working with another facility to place my parents. The availability of something for them kept pushing out further and further. Once something was available, it was only a very small studio for both of them. It wasn't an acceptable solution. Based on a recommendation, I gave West Lafayette Assisted Living a call. They immediately put me in touch with Kim, the Marketing Liaison for the facility. She let me know that there were 2 options for my parents, immediately available. We went that same day, toured the facility and available rooms. We were very impressed with the facility, staff, available activities and the size of the rooms being offered. Before we left, we put the deposit down to hold my one of the available rooms. What a difference we saw between West Lafayette Assisted Living and the other facility. Communication had to be pried out of the other facility, but with West Lafayette Assisted Living it has been great. Kim has also been great throughout the whole process. Kim went out of her way to get my parents moved into their new room as quickly as possible. 5 stars all the way.

Hello! We looked at Wickshire and Cumberland Pointe today and have decided on Cumberland Pointe. Everyone at Wickshire was just great and it was a tough choice between the two communities. Mary Amezquita was so friendly, informative and just fun to visit with and she answered all of our questions and showed us around to our complete satisfaction. The studio setup, however, at Cumberland is exactly what Ms. Winters has now where she lives and she loves her current accommodations plus that community is just a bit easier for her niece to come visit and check on her, so those were the only deciding factors at least for us. I would/will recommend anyone in the future to check out Wickshire for senior living! Thanks again for a great tour and info, Eric Johnson, Carmel

My mother has lived at Wickshire for several years and as her care needs increased the care staff has been able to adjust her care so that she receives appropriate and loving attention. The care staff and administrative staff both keep me well informed about her needs. I am very pleased with the care that my mother receives and with the relationship I have with staff. I volunteer at Wickshire it's a great place to engage with the residents. I especially enjoy going on the Joyrides with the Seniors! It's a fun atmosphere and I truly gain experience by volunteering with this kool group of seniors.

I've been here at wickshire over a year now they just three meals a day in the food's great clean your apartment every week rides to doctors we have a Social Hour every Friday we play games just is a great place to stay no contract long-term come take the door it's free even through the virus they're taking in new people oh

Wickshire is a Welcoming environment where everything centers around the Resident. Programs, care, and support system tailored for each individual. You will always hear laughter and life when you walk in. The Team, providing the care, is amazing. Many have been in Health Care environments for over 20 years each. So delighted we were able to transition my mother from the patio homes to Wickshire. The staff could not have been more accommodating in helping us with the impending change. Even going to great strides to enable my wife and I to safely set up her apartment and give her a preview prior to her move in date. My mother is more able now to embrace the change and is even looking forward to the new season thanks to the accommodating staff and welcoming smiles of the residents.
