Cobblestone was a nice building overall. It was clean, well‘kept, and had a calm, welcoming feel when we walked in. The staff we encountered were friendly, and nothing stood out as negative or concerning. That said, it just didn’t knock our socks off. While the building was pleasant, it didn’t have anything that really set it apart from the others we toured. It wasn’t bad by any means, it simply didn’t leave a strong impression or give us that this is the one feeling we were hoping for. Cobblestone is a solid option, especially for families looking for a clean and stable environment. It just wasn’t the right fit for us compared to some of the other places we visited.

Our experience with Cobblestone was moving an elderly beloved but independent family member with dementia from home to the Memory Care Assisted Living Unit. From preparation to move in, the Sales Department, Memory Care Unit, Department of Nursing, Business Office, and Maintenance Department worked with us through what could have been a very challenging experience to make the transition seamless. The Sales Representative and Nurse Leader for the Unit reassured us throughout the process, answered all questions, addressed any concerns, and always made time for us. They went above and beyond. We spend our visits being family again. We enjoyed our first family night! Thanks to all who provide a safe and caring environment for our loved one.

My fianc©e’s grandmother recently stayed here for rehabilitation after being discharged from the hospital, and our family had a very positive experience. The staff was caring, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and respect throughout her stay. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers were attentive to her needs and worked hard to help her regain her strength and independence. Communication with our family was appreciated, and it was reassuring to know she was in good hands during her recovery. Thank you to everyone who played a part in her care and recovery journey. We are grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to both her and our family.

We have falling in love with it here. The people in the dining rooms is always great and so is the staff. Lisa Ryan is the one that my dad goes to when he needs anything,and she is right on it. Best thing we did was move my dad here.

My father resided at Cobblestone Crossings for an exended period, and passed away there about two and a half weeks ago: there is not a single employee, therapist, director, or other resident at Cobblestone whom he did not love and enjoy his time with during his stay, and he was always beyond overjoyed to finally be "back home at Cobblestone" (yes, he would say it exactly that way!) following any brief hospital stays away. I am so happy with the support and happiness that everyone at Cobblestone was able to bring into my father's life!

My mother was recently moved from one facility to Cobblestone. I could not be happier. She started in the rehab wing and was able to transition into the assisted living wing. That is one of the things I am happy about. She can stay in one facility for all stages of her care. The staff have been great. I have not encountered any staff member that I have not cared for. In fact they are all pleasant and kind. The food is very good, much better than her last facility. Over all, I am very pleased with Cobblestone Crossings and the care they provide. It is nice not to have worry about my mother, knowing that she is well cared for.

My family and I are incredibly grateful to Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus for the amazing care that my father has received from the therapy and nursing staff! I commend admissions staff (thank you, Alexis and Mia!) for going above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure a smooth move-in process; many thanks to nursing and therapy staff for great quality of care! My father has experienced many different nursing and rehabilitation facilities in multiple states, and the care that he has received from Cobblestone is by far superior with a great variety of activities, beautiful accommodations/setting along with staff who truly care about the residents, which is priceless and hard to find these days!!!

The staff is over the top period. Let me start with Sarah who is in charge of wound care and several other things it seams and very professional and polite in all her duties. Then there is Mindy Lou one of the finest nurses there is along with Abigale and several others and a special shout out to Thera one of the best in her few moments taking care of me left a lasting impression. Then there are those who make sure you just don’t lay around and wither away. Starting with Kelcey Dana Jake Meredith Sarah and Addison. What a great group of people to have in your court. I recommend cobblestone to anyone serious of getting better. Top knoch crew I loved them all I’m much better for expertise.

My parents really love living in their villa. The living space is beautiful and comfortable. Both of them are in wheelchairs, and everything was adaptable to their needs. The staff is friendly and cooperative. We are very happy with our experience here.

This place is fantastic for my disabled son. If I had heard of this place last March 2024 he wouldn't have had to stay very long. Staff is great, food is great and the help he's getting is fantastic.

Cobblestone Health Campus has provided caring, nurturing care for both my parents since 2017. My father passed away recently, and their support during my families loss was totally above and beyond. My mother is in the memory care unit, since February. I can’t be more pleased with the quality of care she receives each day.

My brother-in-law is a resident at Cobblestone. The staff have been so supportive to him and our family. As he approaches this new stage of his life, some days have been pretty challenging, but with lots of help he is working toward a new normal. My husband has been at Cobblestone for 1yr 6 months. Everyone is very friendly. The staff goes out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. He is OCD and they try there best to keep him happy and listen to him.

Cobblestone Crossing helped my family multiple times when it came to my mother. They always had a bed for her when she needed to come in to rehab. I never saw any of the staff have a mean word about any patient there. I would absolutely reccommend! The only reason I am doing four instead of five stars is due to some shortages in items, I had to bring in our own oxygen tubing a couple times so that my mother could go to the bathroom, and because her o2 was at a different level than she was prescribed a few times. I understand that there are a lot of people employed here, and it was corrected soon enough!

I had the wonderful opportunity of having my aunt in cobblestone for 6 years. We ALL need the opportunity to recover, retire, or rehabilitated in a place like Cobblestone. They go above and beyond to make the facility feel like home. The environment is clean, professional friendly staff and the care is like no other.

I came here in 2017 after a stint surgery went bad. And my experiences then is why I returned in 2024 after a medical mishap sent me to the Hospital with low kidney function and Blood Pressure. I’m now relearning to walk and do for myself. Cobblestone Crossings is the place to come to to get back home.

My mother & father at different times have spent time here w/my dad still there. They both have received great care & communication. And it all starts w/the Admin Offices. They are excellent in making my parents & us feel so comfortable. Recommend this place to anyone who is looking to help a loved 1 that u can trust.

I would recommend this facility. The staff and nurses were diligent in their care of my mother. Any issues that came up were handled effectively and efficiently. My mom had stage 4 cancer and the nursing and care staff treated her with kindness and gave her the most comfort they could during her last days. One member of the family was there with her almost daily which allowed us to stay on top of her care. Thank you to Cobblestone. We appreciate all your staff did for our mom.

I would recommend this place. My aunt lives here and from the pics she appears to be having good a great time. Their activities department is the best. They are always coming up with creative ways to keep the residents busy and engaged. They frequently post pics of what they are doing. It's the only way I get to see my aunt. They make sure everyone who was doing the activity gets their pic posted. I'm thrilled she is living there. What a blessing to know she is a safe, well career for and having good fun. Couldn't ask for any thing else.
