My mother has been in this facility for several months now and I can't say enough about the care she has received. All the employees are very friendly and caring. They have daily activities and fun things for the residents to do if they choose to participate everyday. They take her to dialysis three times a week and she has PT every week day. She has had a great time meeting other residents and enjoying their company.

I'm grateful for being brought here for the rehab and the staff helping me out. I've gotten stronger physically by the phys.therapy dept and looking forward to get to walking normal again!!! A great place for short or long term recovery !!

I needed to find a facility for my brother. I had no knowledge of the process to get this done. After talking to a half dozen of facilities, I found Envive of Sullivan. It was such a blessing. I was walked through every step of the way to get this completed. My priorities for my brother were: 1. A safe and clean environment 2. Reliable transportation to and from dialysis. 3. A staff that is kind to him. Envive of Sullivan exceeded my expectations. Each and every person I have talked to has been cheerfully helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of my broth

my dad is in this facility we have had problems in the past but they taken care of it I recommend them. their good but a few changes could be made. but the admissions lady is the sweetest ever I'm adding to this review we have been told numerous times we didn't pay our liability yes we did I'm not going to be called a liar if the business office don't know what they are doing find some one who does .

my sister was in the nursing at Southwood terra haute, ind. She was there for about maybe two months. And they kept her drug up so they didn't have to be bother by her. My brother-law work very hard to get her in this nursing home Envive Healthcare of sullivan, ind. I was very inpress with them they had my sister up walking and sitting up in her wheelchair. She was also talking to us and laughing and joking. She found out she had bone cancer and lung cancer stage 4. the other nursing home was killing her. This nursing home had caring nurses and thier cna was so great and caring. I couldn't have asked for better care for her. My sister passed away on Febuary 6, 2023. The.y made her so comfortable and made us feel like we matter. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone. Thank you for your tim

We were blessed as our father stayed at Envive Rehab. Our family was well informed about every step dad would be taking. They treated him professionally yet also with great compassion. The social worker went far beyond what we asked.

This place is an amazing home-like atmosphere with the care and love I would expect for my family member!!! They are an amazing staff that truly cares about your family memeber as if they were their own! Everyone is warm and welcoming and there is always something going on in the Envive community for entertainment!!!!

My mom is 90. She has never been in a hospital or nursing home. She is very independent. This is quite an adventure. Staff is wonderful. They just need more. I thank them every time I leave.
