Briarcliff Health and Rehab is the first skilled nursing facility I have worked in. The staff and residents are amazing. There is a feeling of family togetherness that is evident the moment you walk thru the door. The staff is caring and compassionate, making sure residents get the very best care. I am happy to say I work for such a great facility.

Long term care is in the midst of many challenges including funding & staffing. But here at Briarcliff we are doing amazing things. Staffing ratios are the highest I've ever worked under in my 25 years in the business - and this is true on all three shifts; supplies are good; and we have stable caring leadership including a DON & Social Worker who've each been here going on 3 years. Unheard of these days in LTC but shows the level of commitment by our leadership team. Our owner cares deeply and frequently visits the building too. I highly recommend Briarcliff as a place to work and live.

The employees are compassionate and truly care about the residents and their quality of life. I have worked in long term care for over 20 years and have never worked in a facility where they give so much to the resident's activities and functions. I would highly recommend Briarcliff as a place of employment as well as a home for your loved one.

From the moment I knew I needed to find a facility to help with my loved one I was confused not knowing what to do.I was reaching out I every direction and Briarcliff was kind enough to reach back. My Mom had a brief stay at Briarcliff. There were a couple of issues but they were addressed quickly. Stacy and Amy in the business office are so caring and supportive. Porsha and Yisenia in the Memory unit were so kind and nurturing to my Mom. Even though my Mom's stay was only a few weeks, I am eternally grateful for the staff here. They supported us through the toughest time in our life. Thank you for all that you do.

My family member waited for 4 weeks in hospital to placed in a long term care facility. This was a very difficult time for my family. The staff a Briarcliff that helps in these situations were amazing. My family member's main contact was keep informed at all times, even was given personal phone numbers if they had any questions. Sometimes its hard to believe when someone says "call me at anytime", but this was ture.This journey was difficult but strongly supported by staff. There is always room for improvement, like anywhere, but my family can see the good that is being done there. With the phone calls for updates and welcomed warm heartedly when visiting, thank you Briarcliff.

I was out my antiseizer medicine for 3 days.i had a seizure then. Then on their bus transporting me to a dr. Appointment. I fell out of my wheelchair. Rebroke my ankle from sliding out wheelchair. I have heard a few of staff Mistreat some residents.most of the staff is wonderful and kind people who really Care about others.

It brings me joy to see such helpful and motivated Staff members to rush to the care of their patients.It's an honour to know this Facility as hard working C.N.A. and Nurses who daily provides a safe, clean, hot food, enjoyable activities to bring peace and restore harmony with a humble and hospitality attitude services.
