I have nothing but great things to say about Covered Bridge. I have had more than one family member use their services all the way from short term rehab to long term care. The facility is clean and organized with professional and caring staff. I would recommend Covered Bridge to anyone in need of any services they provide.

Staffing seems to be an issue. New people coming and going all the time. At times seems to be difficult for my dad to get the care he needs because of staffing issues. Update: 4/27/2022 Staffing seems to be much better, they seem to do a great job.

Appearance of a first class facility with courteous staff when visited BUT if you have questions and are forced to leave a voice mail with them, do not count on a response ... or to emails. Make sure you understand their "process" and all the steps for admitting a client or YOU will be the one trying to close the loop at the last minute because they do not communicate well. Do all exchanges face to face or you will be disappointed. Again, looks like a very nice place but they need to work on their communication skills!
